Belgium-born, Chef Frederik trained in one of the best schools in Europe and worked at several top restaurants throughout Belgium and France. In 2000, he arrived in Washington to become the Executive Chef of the European Commission Delegation Ambassador and was highly praised in the diplomatic circle.
