Your wedding, your way. Many brides ask if they can tailor the ceremony to meet their wishes, and Lance always says, "Yes!" Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and Lance has developed a reputation as being an officiant who works with the couple to develop a ceremony that reflects their feelings of love, commitment, and where appropriate, traditional elements from all faiths.

Lance is a full-service wedding/ceremony officiant in and around the DC metropolitan area, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. Lance officiate all types of ceremonies for people from all traditions and backgrounds. From earthly spiritual ceremonies to Pilipino Catholic weddings with cord and veil, he is open to religious and non-religious spiritual ceremonies simply celebrating love.

Lance is registered and/or qualified by the rules of Virginia West Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Certificate evidence of the registrations are available upon request. Email questions you may have about other states.

For more than a decade, Lance has provided wedding officiant/minister services to more than 1,200 couples in the Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and West Virginia areas. It is his own mixed-faith background that prepares him to server couples from different faiths, and those from no faith tradition. Lance begins with understanding that ever couple is unique in their desires, expectations, and family circumstances and he gives couples the opportunity to direct his services to meet those details. Lance has a love for all people, all couples and brings no "rules" to the table. Instead, he brings his knowledge and experience to the table and allows the couple to choose which traditions, ceremonies, and approaches are right for them.

Lance knows that your wedding ceremony can be an expression of the Love the two of you share. It is my privilege to help you express your own spiritual feelings and Love in your wedding ceremony. He feel that no matter what faith (or no faith) you followed as a child or adult - Catholic, Protestant, Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, or no particular organized faith - you have been blessed the gift of Love for life with another and that should override any other consideration - different faiths, different cultures, previous marriage. And he wants to be sure that nothing gets in the way of you having the wedding of your dreams, a special moment to be remembered for a lifetime!

And what about prerequisites or problems that you think may impact whether I will feel you are "fit" for marriage? Forget them all except those required by local, state, and federal law (if you choose a legal union as well). You will find no roadblocks here. If you are in love, if you feel that you are meant to be together for life, then nothing else matters. I know that for many of you, this is a great relief.
