A remarkable wedding facility located in Leesburg’s Downtown Historic District, the Birkby property includes an historic residence dating back to 1770, a brick Carriage House from 1814, a large 40x60 tent and a lovely white gazebo, all on a ½ acre garden setting. The Tent, set with chandeliers and perimeter, hardscape floor, and a liner, can accommodate up to 175 for a seated dinner. The second floor of the Residence offers private rooms for both the bride and the groom. The Bride’s Salon includes a full-length mirror, a private bathroom with a dress-length closet, and separate porch overlooking the Gardens.
