Celebrated String Quartet

Celebrated Strings was an excellent choice. They were responsive in advance of the wedding and played beautifully. I would have liked if they had come to the rehearsal, but it wasn't necessary - they are very good at what they do!

Celebrated String Quartet played during our ceremony. They played absolutely beautifully!! Bridgette was great before the weddding at coordinating with us to make sure that they knew the music we wanted. I didn't have a chance to meet them, but they came in and did an beautiful job. Very professional and talented musicians!

The Celebrated String Quartet played during the ceremony and the cocktail hour at our wedding, and they did an absolutely beautiful job. While I did not get to hear their prelude music, their performance during and after the ceremony was flawless, artistic, and professional. I had a special song arranged for the ceremony which they arranged and played beautifully. As musicians, they come together to form a soft and full sound, each individual instrument is clealy played by an expert, but it is their beautiful sound as a group which made everyone stop and listen throughout the evening.Working with them before the wedding was profesisonal and easy- they gave me a large selection of music in their repertoire to chose from, and were flexible in adding in my request for a special arrangement. I cannot wait to hear the footage played back in the wedding video, because I did not get to listen nearly as much as I wanted, but many quests came up to me during the reception complimenting the quartet, which made me very happy! I highly reccomend them to any bride looking for the perfect accompaniment for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or full reception. What beautiful music they make!

They were absolutely wonderful! Great musicians, very professional and always returned calls and emails, I highly recommend. They will play just about anything you can think of!

Celebrated String Quartet played beautifully during my ceremony and cocktail hour. Bridgette was also very helpful beforehand. The one snafu was that I had changed the songs I wanted played for the processional the week before the wedding. I emailed them about it but then got distracted with other things, and they played the previous songs, not our updated requests. But I should have double checked to make sure they got my email.

We hired Celebrated to play 1.5 hrs of background music for our cocktail hour between the wedding ceremony and reception. As the bride, I did not hear much of them as we were on another part of the grounds for pictures. But they arrived ahead of time and played a wonderful selection from what I heard. They are more expensive than some other area quartets, but as a musician myself, I could tell a difference in their playing, and they are worth it. They did a wonderful job for our event!

Celebrated String Quartet did an amazing job with my ceremony music and cocktail hour music. They were very professional and their music was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had my heart set on strings for the ceremony and the music was lovely. However, considering the quartet played for just about an hour, I think the $880 I paid was a bit high. We got hit with some rain that passed, and I think the musicians left immediately without telling anyone. That didn't leave the best impression. BUT the music for the procession and recession was perfect -- and that's what really matters.

The Celebrated String Quartet is an exceptionally talented group of musicians. They provided my ceremony music and music during the cocktail reception. They are an established group of performers in the DC area, and I was very pleased with the service that was delivered on my wedding day. CSQ is very well organized and has an extensive repertiore, so going over the details was efficient and everything turned out very smoothly. The guests were also very impressed with CSQ and the quality of their sound.

This vendor was great! They were really professional, pretty affordable and offered a wonderful elegance to my outdoor wedding! They showed up on time and played really beautiful music. Everyone really enjoyed having them there for cocktail hour as well. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful music, and very professional. They don't require you to have an extra tent and many extras that other string musicians have and they were wonderful...wouldn't change them for anything.

Although the string quartet did a decent job I think I expected more. I was not there right before the wedding but apparently my quartet was only 3 until about 10 minutes before the wedding. One problem with them is that they are so busy that they do not come to the rehearsal which makes it hard. There were a few song selections I would have made shorter if I had heard what they were going to play at the rehearsal. The selections sounded great and there was nothing wrong with the way they played but I really would have preferred that they were at the rehearsal.

FANTASTIC! They were one of my easiest vendors to get along with, I never even spoke to them! You just fill out exactly what you want (they even give you a guide to help you pick) and then bam they show up and do a fantastic job. My guests couldn't believe how good they were!

CSQ provided our ceremony and cocktail hour music for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our selection. Bridgette worked with us to help select our pieces. The guests raved about how wonderful the music the was and really helped set a wonderful ambience.
