I never write reviews, but getting an amazing level of service these days is so rare that it must be documented. Originally, I was not going to get a wedding planner since I had already decided the venue, dress, and other key elements on my own. However, since I was going to be out of town the month before my wedding, I thought I would look into it. Contracting Cherry Blossom Wedding Planning and more importantly Alex was one of the best decisions I ever made. She was my third and last try-the first two didn't care to hear what I needed and did not need-they were more interested in whether I was willing to meet their minimum payment. Alex heard me out and created a flexible planning package with what I wanted. It was totally worth my peace of mind. Alex contacted and coordinated with all the vendors, made sure everything was right, was always available and super responsive to all my crazy questions, found me THE best band ever, reviewed all my contracts, was there on the "day of" (super super helpful to have a pro on the day of) and basically dealt with every detail. I had a seamless, beautiful, awesome wedding with NO STRESS because of Cherry Blossom Weddings.

Hiring Elizabeth Leibundguth from Cherry Blossom Wedding and events was one the best decisions we made! My fiance and I booked only a couple of our major vendors prior to realizing that with our busy lives we needed a planner to help out with the remaining vendors and many of the details. We ultimately chose the partial wedding planning package and I can not stress enough how much easier the whole process of planning was with Elizabeth on the job!Elizabeth was incredibly organized, always punctual and had many suggestions even for items and vendors that were not part of our contracted services. Not mention that she is just a lovely sweet person. Elizabeth and her assistant Andrea made sure our wedding day flowed smoothly and to this day I have absolutely no idea if there were even any problems b/c neither myself, my husband or our families were ever bothered with anything on the day of the wedding. Our only job was to enjoy ourselves!

I fully agree to what they advised themsevles as "Creative. Professional. Innovative. Committe". I was referred by my sister and I really appreciate their services, especially I am on tight budget and schedule. They made my life for planning my wedding much simpler in my busy working life.

Chantal Rotondo of Cherry Blossom Weddings and Events was MORE than my husband Peter and I could've ever asked for. She took all the information from all of our vendors and made sure our day went off without a hitch! Even handling the change of ceremony venue due to rain.. I didn't have to worry about one thing! A Few days before the wedding.. she came to our house, and picked up all the favors, place cards, etc.. and I didn't have to worry about ONE thing.. I could sit back.. relax with my bridal party and enjoy the day! After the reception, we went to our rooms as husband and wife and there - were all the gifts and the flowers! I didn't have to even THINK of transporting them to our room! I have heard it said that the one thing that brides would do if they had to do it again was to hire a coordinator; well if anyone I know gets married in the future.. Cherry Blossom W&E and Chantal are Number ONE on my list of phone calls to make! It is a MUST!!! If you are wanting to have a stress free wedding.. don't hesitate - Call Them. It will be the best investment you could make for you and your husband to be!

I was fortunate enough to have Elizabeth take over my wedding....... I received a call a month before my wedding from my day of cord. who informed me she was no longer available for my wedding day!!!! Luckily I was referred to Cherry Blossom weddings and found a great day of cord. Elizabeth and her assistant Erin. My wedding day was amazing and because of their help all went very smoothly.

Selecting Alex Pare/Cherry Blossom Weddings & Events as my wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions I made. Alex is truly fabulous!! Both my husband and I work long hours which makes it really tough to secure vendor appointments - within a few weeks of signing a contract with Alex, we had several appointments lined up and a timeline in place.Alex is professional, responsive, confidant, and friendly. I especially appreciated her keeping me within budget and giving me gentle reminders when I was being indecisive. : ) Our family and friends still rave about how seamless everything went and all that goes to Alex and her staff. I didn't worry about a thing that day! Alex - thanks so much for all of your help - we couldn't have done it without you.

Cherry Blossom Weddings & Events, and Chantal Rotondo in particular, helped make our wedding as stress-free and seamless as possible. Chantal went above and beyond her role as our day-of coordinator and helped us with making decisions, reminding us about payments, and finalizing all of those last minute to-dos that came up. She was extremely responsive and friendly and we knew we could count on her if we needed help getting any of our wedding tasks done or getting in touch with vendors. My family repeatedly told me that Chantal was so awesome at the wedding and they were able to ask her questions instead of me. Chantal and her assistant let my husband and I enjoy our wedding! I would highly recommend Cherry Blossom Weddings & Events and Chantal Rotondo for your wedding planning needs.

For my wedding I hired Cherry Blossom Weddings to do day-of coordination. I worked with Chantal Rotondo. This was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding. Even though they were only day of, Chantal talked to me and got things squared away the whole month before. She asked the questions that I didn't think of, created a schedule, and had great references for other vendors. The day of my wedding, I have no worries at all because Chantal took care of everything, and I just sat back and relaxed, the whole wedding went smoother than I could have ever imagined.

Elizabeth was a fabulous wedding planner. She was organized, prepared, thorough, creative, professional, punctual and super calm on my wedding day. She was always very easy to get ahold of to answer any questions I had and was also easy to talk to. I never felt like I had to hide or justify any feelings or opinions I had regarding matters to my wedding. And she always made great efforts to accommodate my hectic schedule. I'm confident that anyone would have the same positive and satisfying experience with Elizabeth as their wedding planner as I did.

I hired Alex Pare from Cherry Blossom Weddings to do partial planning for me, about five months before our wedding. I had hired almost all of my vendors but needed guidance on the remaining vendors, pulling together the stylistic elements of the wedding, and full month-of/day-of planning services. I worked full time plus more and was overseas for part of my planning, so having Alex was key to stress free wedding planning. After hiring Alex, she took the reins from me almost immediately, working directly with the hotel/catering director at our venue - Hotel Monaco - and other vendors, without involving me in the tiny details. Alex was able to help me hire our last several vendors (which we were 100% happy with), without me having to interview or get contracts myself - Alex did it all. During the month-of and day-of the wedding, I had no responsibilities other than having fun and packing my bags for the hotel. I especially appreciated Alex's flexibility. I was indecisive on several topics - including linens - and Alex was completely flexible, willing to come with me to visit several party rental companies and then arranging to bring the linens to my venue to see how they would look. (This is only one example!)With regard to month-of and day-of planning, Alex made our lives so easy. I was able to defer to her for scheduling, logistics, and basically everything. The wedding was amazing, and I was so impressed by how smoothly everything went. I was not stressed at all about the timeline or logistics of the wedding day, thanks to Alex. Alex and her team are true professionals and I'd recommend Cherry Blossom Weddings for any bride!!

I worked with Katie Hickey as my day of coordiantor and I do not know how I would have done it without her! I was not going to use a planner since I was having a small wedding (65 guests) and my family said they would help. Katie removed the stress before the wedding and allowed my family and I to fully enjoy the wedding. Katie worked with my vendors before the wedding to make sure they would be on time and everything was set up properly. I was having difficulty staying in contact with the my hotel contact so it was wonderful to have Katie make sure everything was handled. Katie has the ability to curb a bad situations before it happens--ie my cake melting. Instead of telling me my cake was melting, she just recommended we cut the cake early. I do not think I knew about the cake melting until after the wedding! She also had a glass of wine ready for my father when he was done with speach and wanted to make a toast but forgot his glass for the toast. These are the are only the little things that I saw and these are the reason you hire a wedding planner in the first place. I did not have to worry about anything at my wedding because I knew Katie (and Alex) would take of it.

Getting a coordinator was the best decision we made. Alex was so great to work with, and helped reduce our stress load immensely. She is cool, sweet, funny, super-organized, full of recommendations and ideas, and a consummate professional. I used her full planning services, and she helped me find vendors in my budget, came to vendor meetings with us, and helped us pick the color scheme and invitations, among other things. She assembled and mailed my invites, and also put together the OOT bags. Whatever I needed help with, she was there. The week of the wedding, she delivered the OOT bags, came with me to final vendor meetings, coordinated with the church, and helped with reviewing bills and finalizing our menu. The day of the wedding, she and her assistant were at the hotel accepting and distributing the flowers, distributing vendor payments, pinning the bouts on the groomsmen, setting up the candy bar and place cards, coordinating DJ announcements, and doing whatever was needed to make sure the husband and I had the best day of our lives (which we did!).

Chantal was our Month of coordinator and I do not know what we could have done without her! She made sure everything went smoothly and addressed all those little hiccups you can never anticipate so we did not have to worry about anything. Throughout the whole planning process she was available for any questions and was always quick to respond. I was able to be relaxed and calm on our wedding day knowing she was handling and overseeing things.

I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day thanks to Cherry Blossom!! They coordinated all the vendors and activities of the day, and I was able to smile and take it all in :) Alex was extremely helpful in providing vendor recommendations, setting up appointments and walking me through all the steps needed to plan the wedding. I had no idea it involved so much. However, their planning paid off as it all came together so well on the wedding day!!

Cherry Blossom, and in particular Chantal Rotondo was professional and extremely personable. The service was so far beyond my expectations that I have recommended their services as essential, to all my friends that are planning weddings in the area. This service is an expense that is worth every penny and should be a requirement for every bride as far as budgeting is concerned. Chantal thought of every little detail that added that extra specialness to the day and comfort for our guests. She made the month of my wedding entirely stress free as it related to set up and breakdown of details. Cherry Blossom as a whole exhibited such individual attention and genuine interest in what was happening with us throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things or how essential their services were to making my day perfect. I can say whole heartedly, not one thing went wrong that day and our schedule was perfectly tailored to our needs. Thank you so much Chantal and Cherry Blossom!! I will actually miss you!

Chantal was my wedding coordinator for my September 2008 wedding (sorry it took so long to write this review). She was absolutely fantastic. Any bride (or groom:)) would be lucky to have her. She was very organized and very understanding. She was always welcoming and helpful whenever I called her (which is especially wonderful the days leading up to the wedding). At the wedding, she made everything run smoothly and I didn't worry about a thing except for making sure I met all my guests and having a good time. My reception site was a nightmare and she took care of everything with them. At the rehearsal, we didn't have a coordinator (the Church didn't provide one and our deacon was a visiting minister and did not know how things ran), she stepped up to the plate and ran the rehearsal (and therefore our ceremony) like a pro. I could not have been more pleased. Towards the end of the wedding planning, I ran out of energy to do a handful of "little things" like print off directions from the church to the reception site. She was able to pull off doing these small things at a very reasonable price and seemingly effortlessly. She stayed positive and upbeat throughout every aspect of weddding planning. My mother, who complained about EVERYTHING wedding related, even said the money we spent on Chantal and Cherry Blossom was the best spent money of the entire wedding. Chantal balanced the moms, me (the bride) and the groom with grace and class. When the wedding was over and I realized that my time with Chantal was coming to an end, I was really bummed out (we're facebook friends though:)). I could go on and on with all the little (and big) things she did well, but you get my drift. I don't have a single complaint at all. She just really is the best. Also, she is really, really thourough and organized and very affordable. Really, with a great personality to match, what more could you want?!

Hiring a "month of" planner was the best thing I did and worth every penny. I initially thought I could handle this on my own or have one of my work colleagues do it but I'm so glad I hired a professional. Chantal was always available, friendly and most of all helpful.
