My Claire Mansir dress is gorgeous and seems very well made compared to dress in other stores I tried on. I was very happy and my dress was exactly as requested, as I added a coreset and the same light ivory color that I tried on!

Hi ladies. Where do I start? Well I ordered my dress (and veil) from Hamilton in New Zealand and right from the start Ann was so friendly and very informative. I was very very nervous to order from so far away.....but I don't regret it at all. I had given Ann instructions on shipping as my friend was going to be in the CA in February and she offered to bring it back to NZ for me and Ann ensured me that she could deliver it to my friends house on time and then she'd bring it back to me on the plane. As soon as I first got to physically see my dress I just knew it was "the one". I tried it on and yep, it fit perfectly and the veil was just as perfect also and was the icing on the cake. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Crystal Bridal Gallery to anyone, some people might have reservations at first when they're not familiar with a business but Crystal Bridal Gallery will do what ever it takes to give re-assurance. Thank you so much for helping me purchase my dream wedding dress for my Easter wedding in April and for making it such a smooth process. Yay i'm so excited for my big day...I know i'm going to try it on more than once before the big day because I just can't help myself from wearing it!...

When I started looking for my dress I was really misinformed and didn't know that a boutique that carried the brand might not carry the particular dress that I wanted. I showed up to Crystal Bridals and tried on a couple of dresses but knew that I was not going to be completely happy until I tried on the dress that I had been looking at online. Cici knew this too and within a day had called me back to tell me that she had found a sample and scheduled my appointment to come back. I fell in love with my dress immediately. I am thankful for Cici because she went out of her way to find the dress. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I cannot say enough good things about CiCi. I brought an Enzoani Finley dress to her for tailoring and was so pleased. It is an EXTREMELY complicated dress and CiCi worked so hard to make sure it was perfect. She was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. I was trying on veils in her shop and wasn't pleased with how they looked with the dress. CiCi offered to hand-make a veil from scratch. It was amazing. It matched my dress perfectly and was so creative and unique. I recommend Crystal Bridal without reservation. Thank you again, CiCi!

This was actually the first place that I went to for wedding dress shopping. When I first walked in I was a little bit concerned about the fact that it seemed to be a smaller place however I actually ended up liking quite a few dresses and loving about 4 or 5 (I'm pretty picky, too). I'm one of those girls that never once pictured my wedding day or what my perfect dress would look like so despite my best efforts I was still pretty clueless when I walked in. They worked with me to find out my style and what I like to pull together a great selection of dresses to try on. They even picked dresses for me that I never would have picked from the rack but when I tried them on I was surprised by how much I liked them (the dress that I ended up picking was actually a recommendation, not one that I picked). I received very personal service and they helped me to get into every single dress, tighten it up to show how it looked fitted, worked with me to show me different options, took pictures, etc. They were very nice and never made me feel like I needed to rush or like I couldn't take the 5th look at the first dress or the tenth look at the second :) I didn't decide right away since this was the first place that I visited so I went to another gallery that day. At the second gallery I had an appointment but still had to wait for a dressing room and was told to grab some dresses and hang them on a rack (btw, at Crystal I was walked around with one person that was only helping me). While picking out dresses at the second gallery I found myself missing the nice open floor at Crystal and the nice person that was bringing the dresses to my dressing room. I'm not a huge fan of tiny crowded spaces with wedding-crazed women barreling past you to get to the dress that they want but had I found a dress at the second gallery that I liked I would have forgiven them. I did not. I couldn't stop thinking about the dress from Crystal and ended up going back there to buy my dress, veil and shoes. Also I went back with my best friend to pick her dress for my wedding. I had a very small wedding party so she was not a bridesmaid but even still we got the same personal attention. The owner, Cici was always wonderful about calling me and did a great job with all of the alterations for my dress and my friend's. Loved this place!

Our first and best experience with a wedding vendor. We went to Crystal’s on a Sunday since the other shops were booked or closed and we wanted to get started on shopping for a dress. Our expectations were not high since from the outside it seemed like a small shop and therefore would probably not have much to choose from. My daughter tried on about ten-fifteen dresses from a large selection and we decided she looked beautiful in them all. We went to several other shops but she kept comparing the dresses to the ones she liked at Crystal's. When she went back the second time, it was an easy decision. Her dress with a beaded overlay was striking and beautiful on her. CiCi was continuously very attentive when we were trying on the dresses and after we ordered. She only schedules one client at a time. She did a terrific job of altering the dress to perfectly fit my daughter. We also order my other daughter’s bridesmaid dress there. Don’t be deceived by the outside of the store, it is spacious and very calming inside, what you need for this experience.

Crystal Bridal Gallery was great! Cici was so helpful every time - We had the place to ourselves when I tried on dresses the first time and when we went back for the first fitting. They were very accomodating when I forgot when my appointment was and we had to reschedule for later that day. I also really loved that my dress was unique and I thought the quality was amazing compared to other stores. I am very tall (6') and the dresses I tried on at other stores were too short. But all of the dresses at Crystal Bridal Gallery were long enough on me, which was a huge selling point.

I originally used Crystal Bridal Gallery because I loved the designs available at the shop and they were willing to customize them to make a one-of-a-kind dress for me. The consultant I saw when I first tried on dresses was very nice and helpful. After the first visit, I never saw her again at the shop. Everything was going great until a month or two before the wedding. The shop was very responsive and nice. We even ended up using them for our bridesmaid dresses and attire for the groom and groomsmen. Then, the nightmare began. Because I had ordered my dress from there, I decided to use them for alterations. I had to go about 5 times in order for them to get my dress to fit, going from too big to too small and back again. At first I saw it as the shop owner being kind and flexible; after the finished product, it seemed as though she just did not do well with alterations. I picked up my dress only to find out on the day of that it did not fit! It was too big and I had to be sewn in so it would stay up. Bottom Line: Do not use them for alterations. Sadly, that was not the worst part of the experience. As I stated earlier, I used this vendor for the attire for the groom and groomsmen. We loved the attire we chose. About two months before the wedding, the vendor informed us that she would be leaving for a trip out of the country a week before the wedding. For that reason, she arranged to have the groomsmen attire shipped to our home. Three days before the wedding, we received our boxes...but were missing numerous items. As an example, my husband had no tuxedo and no shoes. One of our groomsmen received NOTHING. The shop owner had not properly ordered all of the items and had sent some of the items to the wrong address. The shop owner did not leave anyone in charge in her absence so she had her husband give us the direct number to Jim's Formalwear (which was inappropriate and showed how ill-prepared she was). The amazing people at Jim's Formalwear saved the day and went out of their way to make sure we had all of the items we still needed for the wedding day. Do not use this vendor!!!

I moved to the area only 4 months before my wedding and couldn't bring my dress to get fitted until 3 months prior to my wedding. I was nervous because I always heard that the alterations can take a long time... That's not true!! I told CC at Crystal's that I still planned on losing more weight so she said to come in 3 weeks before the wedding and they will start the fittings then. Everything went flawlessly! They took my measurements and I went back the next week and they made a few more alterations and it was perfect. CC said that they do things while its still fresh in their minds which is why they do it so quickly and it takes less fittings. CC was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend getting your alterations done with her.

The dress that CC made for my wedding was beautiful and designed better than planned. The only thing I had wrong was that my flowers weren't stitch in too well and they kept unraveling during the day. It was a little bothersome but I had a person who temparily fixed them. Regardless, the dress was beautiful.

I purchased my wedding dress overseas. It is 100% silk satin ball gown with beautiful bead work. I took it to a bridal boutique for alteration and I had very bad experience with that shop. My friend's friend referred me to Crystal Bridal Gallery. My wedding day was already so close since the other shop delayed my alteration. I only had two weeks left. Cici altered my dress and did gorgeous bustle. She finished everything in two weeks with reasonable price. It was amazing! I would highly recommend this store to the brides.

Out of all of my wedding vendors, I would have to say this was my worst one. I had a horrible experience with Crystal Bridal Gallery. A friend of mine was kind enough to look around at dress shops that carried the bridesmaid dress I had picked out at the cheapest cost. Well the cost of the dress was definitely cheaper than anywhere else, but for a reason apparently. From the beginning I never felt confident with them. Some of my bridesmaids came in to get measured and order their dresses and it was a disaster. The girl who was measuring every one had no idea what she was doing so we all had to help out. They had people ordering sizes WAY too big for them. I imagine so that they could charge you a lot for alterations. They had my size 4 friend ordering a size 14 which is ridiculous. She finally talked them down to ordering her an 8, and she still had to make major alterations to the dress. Most importantly, I came to the appointment to ensure that my tall friend could order the dress at the appropriate length. I had a very long conversation with the shop about needing to order extra fabric and showing them exactly where it should land on her legs. Finally everyone placed their order but I had a feeling something would go wrong, no one seemed knowledgeable. When the dresses came in, my tall friend's dress was not ordered with extra length and we were now 7 weeks out to the wedding. The manager acted like it was my fault and not theirs and that it was now inconveniencing them to have to rush order it. She promised me she would call that Monday and call me as soon as she did. She never called, so I called on Tuesday and she gave me attitude. Then she promised to call as soon as it came in, again she never called and I had to call repeatedly so that someone would get back to me. Some other annoyances: 1. When my cousin went in to pick up her dress the shop told her she looked like she gained weight and not because it affected how her dress fit. 2. After all of the grief they put me through, they threw a fit about me paying them $5 to ship one of the dresses to my friend in NY. 3. They shipped my sister in law's dress to her and she asked them to send her the bill for what she owed for shipping and they never did and then they sent her a nasty e-mail that they would not give my tall friend's dress to me (the one they messed up) until she paid them. She left messages and called and they never got back to her about how to get the payment to them. If you want to work with a dress store that is going to order your dress way too big so you pay more in alterations, doesn't know how to measure, orders your dress incorrectly and then blames you, and is very hard to get a hold of - then this is the place.

I can not say enough about Crystal Bridal Gallery. I went to some of the bigger stores in the area and tried on about 25 dresses. I liked some dresses but never fell in love with "the one". I immediately knew I would buy my dress here when I walked in. Its a small intimate store with a great selection of dresses and has a way of making you feel like you are the only bride that matters! My dress was #2 that I tried on! I decided to add some detail around the waist and back to make it more romantic. Claire saw my vision and brough it to life! Claire (and the other employees!) made me feel relaxed and I really enjoyed working with her! I am so happy with my experience at CBG - Claire always remembered my name and hugged me when I came in! I have since sent some new brides to the store and each have had an amazing wedding dress shopping experience. I will continue to do so in the future. :) You will not be disappointed. My wedding day was perfect and everything I dreamed of - my dress ended up being even more than I ever imagined and I have this store to thank for making my dress perfect!

One word AMAZING! Claire designed my dress from three that I found in her boutique. She was so responsive and just a great person to work with to feel like you are the most important bride in the world. We loved her so much that she ended up designing my bridesmaid dresses, my mom's dress, ordering the tuxes and doing my flowers. She also met us outside of her boutique hours by our house! If you are looking for someone to make your day extra special you need to go here.

My dress was amazing! I felt like a true princess on my wedding day. Claire (CC) did the most fantastic job putting together the dress of my dreams that I picked from a picture and altered to my dream dress. It came out more than perfect!

Claire came to my rescue and I am so thankful and appreciative of her service, kindness, expertise and artistic talent. I had bought a new full price dress at a different boutique and had discovered a defect in my dress. One side was longer than the other. I came back to that place and the owner said that my shoulders were uneven and that's what caused the dress to be uneven. I am 35 yrs old, I think I would have noticed that....as well as my parents and doctors if that was the case. The owner said that I would have to pay to get that fixed because the contract said that once the dress leaves the premise, they are no longer responsible. I left crying and it was only 3 weeks before my wedding. I called up Claire and explained my situation and she immediately had me come in so she could help me. The dress was 100% lace so it was very delicate and she was able to fix it and had it ready for me in a week. She was so helpful, caring, welcoming and knows what she is talking about. I even ordered my husband's tuxedo accessories, shoes and shirt from her. It came within a week and the quality was very nice. As for the bustle, the story is consistent with other reviewers. I had her seamstress, Aziz (msp) do it BUT she did a terrible job. She did not do it exactly what she had described it. luckily I had taken a picture of the temporary pin up to show her that it didn't match what she 'actually' did. I had to find another seamstress to redo it but Claire was very responsive and professional about helping me resolve this problem. Even after my wedding, I still received compliments on my wedding gown. Thank you, Claire!!!

Crystal Bridal did a wonderful job on my custom made gown! I had bad experiences with other bridal shops and Clair made every effort to accommodate my particular style. She was able to understand my vision and produce the gown of my dreams. If you can't find the perfect dress, this is the place to go! You CAN have it all at a moderate price. The only disappointment I had, was with the bridesmaids dresses. Two of my bridesmaids had to have their dresses let out. Both check their measurements and found they were the same size as the original measurements(they had not gained weight). The issue apparently was there rib cage sizes were not taken into consideration when ordering the dress. But they still turned out just as I had envisioned. Also, the flower gown was beautiful! It was made custom to be a mini version of my wedding gown. I highly recommend this shop.

This vendor was VERY helpful. I had to order some last minute bridesmaid dresses. Crystal Bridal worked with us and ensured that the beautiful dresses arrived on time. Also, I finally decided to use a veil. I was already in Dallas two days from my wedding day. I called Crystal Bridal Gallery, and paid for a veil (plus shipping), this vendor mailed a beautiful veil to me. I was really impressed. I will definitely use this vendor again. I highly recommend Crystal Bridal Gallery!!!

My wedding dress shopping experience at Crystal Bridal has been nothing short of extraordinaire. I had been to 6 different stores before going to Crystal Bridal and the attention I received from Crystal Bridal was more than those 6 stores combined. It is a little gem hidden in the heart of Tyson Corners, but the selection of dresses were amazing! I must have tried on at least 10 different dresses there. I ended up buying my absolute dream dress at such a great price. My sales consultant (Cici) was so professional and patient with me from the very beginning. She even went the extra mile to make sure I got the dress of my dream. If she said she would update me with the status on 2-3 days, then she did. She was very true to her words and did exactly what she said. Dress shopping was probably one of the less stressful part of wedding planning. I could have not been more pleased, so thank you!!!
