Jaime was a fantastic DJ. She was easy going, flexible and totally understood the vibe we were going for which was high on dancing, low on cheesiness. She played all the songs we absolutely wanted to hear and mixed in a bunch of good stuff that everyone really liked and that we wished we had thought of. The music and dancing was super important to us and so we were thrilled with how everything turned out!

Jaime is the best, hands down! She exceeded every expectation we had, and we consider ourselves lucky to have had the chance to work with her and e2events! Words cannot even begin to describe the outstanding service and spectacular music we had on our wedding day. I would have no hesitations what-so-ever in recommending e2events to anyone looking for an incredible dj for their wedding or any other special event. From the moment you meet Jaime, you know you have discovered a fantastic person... and she had this impeccable ability to keep all of our guests on the dance floor all night long - seriously, some of them never left! Thank you so much, Jaime - you truly were a huge part of our evening's success!

Best DJ ever, honestly I have been to plenty of wedding that had the DJ playing the wrong kind of music, that played weird hooky music, or really inappropriate music (catering to the wrong crowd). Jaimie was so kind and wonderful the whole time and was always clear about her role in our wedding. She helped us plan our reception timing (the timing of when people entered, when people started eating, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc, etc and exit). I kept getting compliment after compliment how people enjoyed Jaimie as our DJ. She created a great ambiance for our lunch reception and really listened to us and gave us what we wanted for our guests and when things were a tad slow she really transitioned the music on the dance floor well and EVERYONE was on the dance floor we have thousands of pictures just showing all of our guests having a blast. We even had people tell us this was the best wedding they have ever been to and I know that has to do a lot with Jaimie. Jaimie made it fun, but at the same time because of our crowd she played appropriate and not crass music. She made an afternoon lunch wedding feeling like the party of the century. Even the older crowd was dancing on the dance floor. I just want to give a giant giant glowing recommendation for Jaimie. She was able to work with our budget, and was just kind, friendly, professional the whole time. Thank you Jaimie for making my wedding wonderful!

As a corporate event planner I see DJs every once in a while and often cringe at their cheesiness. When it came time to plan our wedding I knew I wanted a DJ because I’m not a huge fan of wedding bands where the cover music sounds vaguely familiar. So I asked all of my event planner friends for the best non-cheesy DJ and we were lucky enough to be referred to Jaime. She is by far the best DJ in the DC/VA/MD area! Don’t misunderstand me, I met with a few other high priced and well known DJs, but I found they all had an attitude and were not friendly or flexible. Jaime met with us at our venue in VA, before we even booked her which I really appreciated. Jaime is super flexible, easy to work with and most of all FUN! On our wedding day she kept us on schedule and played the most perfect selection of music. She had everyone from the old to the young on the dance floor until the end of the evening. We have received so many compliments on the wonderful music and “fun DJ!” If she is available on your date – book her!

Jaime DJed our wedding and was awesome. We had a scare just before the wedding when she got an injury and weren't sure she could perform, but she still came through despite her injury, was totally professional and helped make the night perfect. We got so many compliments on the music and she kept checking with us on the timing for events to make sure everything was completely smooth throughout the event. Definitely recommend e2 Events.

We just had Jaime as our DJ for our wedding and she was fantastic! She listened to our requests and played everything that we asked her to. She didn't play the "cheesy" songs that are typically heard at weddings and kept the party going all night. We also took a dance lesson from her before our wedding and she really helped us out. She was very patient with us as we learned and taught us some key moves. We felt much more confident for our first dance after our lesson. I would definitely recommend Jaime to anyone looking for a great DJ!

Besides being a great DJ, Jaime taught us a wonderful first dance. On 5 separate occasions, she travelled a great distance to teach us. She is very patient as well as an excellent communicator and instructor.

Jaime was the DJ for our June 4 wedding and we were absolutely thrilled with the music! Our only issue leading up to the wedding was that it was hard to get in touch with Jaime via email. That said, every time I called her or requested a meeting, she was very accommodating. She also worked with us on budget and was very reasonably priced. There were people on the dance floor all night long and several of the guests commented on the great music. We had a blast! We sent Jaime a list of songs that we wanted to hear and I think almost all of them were played. (It was a lot of fun during dinner to keep thinking 'oo I love this song'!) When looking for a DJ, we wanted to make sure we didn't end up with someone over the top and cheesy and Jaime had the perfect balance - her announcements had energy but were never cheesy or obnoxious. We would definitely recommend Jaime to anyone looking for a great DJ!

Jaime was fantastic to work with. She was professional, respectful of our requests, and kept the dance floor packed all night. We realized that we needed a microphone for the soloist at our ceremony at the last minute, and Jaime helped us out with that as well. I would highly recommend her. Jaime Easson was an amazing DJ and an absolutely wonderful part of our wedding day. She knew just the kind of music to get the whole party dancing and had a great way of moving the evening along without being intrusive. At many weddings we come across "cheesy" DJs - those in fake tuxes who still play dance songs from the 90s. Jaime is the farthest thing from that! Jaime is incredibly professional, energetic, experienced and fun. She was open to suggestions and did not play one song from our "do not play" list. We thought she was very affordable - and compared quite favorably with other DJs in the area. Finally, she clearly enjoys what she is doing and brings that passion to the wedding day. We would recommend her to anyone!

Jamie was great and very easy to work with. She gave us a dance lessor prior to the wedding - which was desperatedly needed. We gave her only a small list of requested songs and asked her to run with the rest. We had a very diverse crowd and Jamie did a great job keeping everyone happy and the dance floor packed. We would definitely reccomend Jamie for your event.

Jaime did a WONDERFUL job at our wedding. She arrived way early (over two hours before the ceremony) and set everything. She was ready to go with ample time to spare. And she was the last to leave. She did both our ceremony music and DJed the reception, both seamlessly. She was very receptive to all our requests, and gave us great ideas. She also helped us much by coordinating events with our pastor and caterer, to make sure everything came at the right time, and the party never lost momentum. She used the microphone when necessary, but was not "over-chatty" as some DJs can be. She was very professional and friendly with all our guests, and many commented on that. She paid attention to what they seemed to like, and all our guests found themselves on the dance floor sooner or later :) Many guests commented that they had a blast, and surely Jaime was the one mostly responsible for that. We could not be happier with Jaime. She was above and beyond for us.

I plan events as a career and I normally do not recommend DJ's to anyone since they are typically hit-or-miss, however, Jamie is amazing. I worked with her when I coordinated a wedding for another bride of mine on September 12, 2009 and she was amazing then as well. My wedding was on September 5, 2010 and I got numerous complements on her music selection and her professionalism. Jamie was also our dance instructor for our first dance and many of our guests thought we looked like we were on “dancing with the stars”. Jamie is currently on our vendor list and I will recommend her to all of my clients.

I wish there were words to express how awesome DJ Jaime is, and how much she rocked the house at our wedding! Our wedding planner recommed Jaime to us, and after exchanging emails and a few calls with Jaime, we realized that Jaime was definitely someone we would enjoy working with, and she was great in giving us suggestions as to songs to play (or not to play), and when. We were excited to hire her, but we had no idea how *amazing* she would be. We had a wedding reception of 110 people at a very hip art gallery -- with guests ranging in age from 7 to 75, some gay, some straight, some friends, some work colleagues -- and Jaime had every single person on the dance floor, quite literally all night. I've been to tons of weddings, and I've never seen a DJ "read" a crowd so well. The music she played was fantastic--it appealed to everybody (even those who hate to dance), but it was never the cliche wedding music that you hear at most weddings. It ranged from some standards, to top 40/pop, to hip hop, to techno, but it all flowed together and was arranged perfectly, so even if you don't normally like the genere, you couldn't help but dance. The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night, and not even an hour into the reception people were sweating from so much high energy dancing (by hour two we had guys dancing in their t-shirts. By hour three we were all hot messes). I've had a lot of people (including my boss) tell me it was the best wedding reception they've ever attended, and I am pleased to say that I agree--and it was largely because of Jaime. She brought an energy to the night that I can't begin to describe, and she had us all loosened up and having a great time...which went on and on (I've never danced so much, or had so much fun). Jaime truly is an astonishing talent, and to make it even better, she is incredibly nice (and super cute!). I am thrilled to recommend her to everyone and anyone. She will make your wedding reception more fun than you could ever imagine. Put simply, she's the best DJ I've ever heard.

Couples - look no further, this is the DJ you want to hire! She is WONDERFUL to work with and will make sure your guests are dancing all night long! I am in the event industry so have worked with Jaime many times, have been a guest at weddings that she has worked and hired her for my own wedding. She is my favorite! Her prices are right, her music selection is amazing, her personality is so wonderful and trust me, you will LOVE her!
