Tarenah at English Rose Garden was a wizard. With very little notice and with limited input, she was able to come up with spectacular arrangements. My new daughter-in-law and I knew the colors we wanted, the style (simple but elegant), the venues. We wanted to play off of Cherry Blossom Weekend. Tarenah did the rest. The arrangements at both the church and the reception were show stoppers. The personal flowers were breathtaking.
But it was the logistics that trumped all and English Rose Garden's willingness to work with us in using some of the reception flowers for the rehearsal dinner were so appreciated.
The mother of the bride said the flowers MADE the wedding. I agree. They made a very joyous and emotional day - beyond beautiful.

English Rose Garden provided all the flowers for our ceremony and reception. The end result was beautiful! I am not really "into" flowers, but even I was stunned at how lovely my bouquet was. The centerpieces and the altar arrangements were also gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned.
Taraneh is very professional and a pleasure to work with. She showed my mom and I several different options at our first meeting, and was also ready with recommendations about which flowers would work best in September. She created a sample centerpiece so I could see the finished product, and followed up with me several times before the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. ERG was more expensive than some of the other florists I spoke with, but the end result was worth it.

We could not be happier with the services provided to us by the English Rose Garden and the joy of working with Taraneh throughout our wedding planning. She is the only florist we met with who was willing to work within the constraints of our budget while still keeping the quality of the work extremely high and ensuring we had the most beautiful flowers we could have dreamed of. She worked with us carefully in helping us make a selection of flowers that matched our desired color palette and had very original, classy, and beautiful ideas for our flowers that worked perfectly with our style and vision for our wedding. Taraneh always responded quickly to our emails and was easily accessible by both phone and email. She was kind and attentive throughout the wedding planning process and ensured we had everything we wanted for our wedding taken care of - she has great management and was very reliable. Taraneh and her beautiful store have our highest recommendation.

My bouquet is something that I would spent $ on. I come across English Rose Garden when chatting with my friend who got his wedding flowers from them. I really love my bouquet to a point I purposely forgot to toss it :p Taraneh, the flower designer, was very detail oriented, and responsive. She would listen to your need and customized your flower upon your request, and not being pushy at all.

Taraneh did an amazing job with my flowers. As a bride, the most important thing for me, was my flowers. I will never forget when I walked into her store to see the sample centerpiece arrangement. It was better than I could have dreamed of. She worked with us so that we could balance the high cost of wedding flowers. Her work was outstanding. She was great to work with and her work is amazing. I highly recommend English Rose Garden and Taraneh!

Hello, the English Rose Garden and it's owner Taraneh helped my daughter have the beautiful wedding she had envisioned. She actually said the flowers and ambiance provided by Taraneh looked exactly like what she had in her mind. I think that is high praise for any bride to be so pleased. Taraneh was able to work with us and was flexible about any changes we needed. You won't be disappointed with The English Rose Garden in Georgetown!

If I could I'd rate English Rose Garden a 10 in terms of flexibility. I changed my mind a LOT and they were always willing to work with me and accommodate these changes. We went in for an initial meeting and Taraneh was so helpful and easy going we didn't need to look anywhere else. All flowers arrived on time and looked beautiful! Two thumbs up.

Taraneh was so easy to work with, and responsive throughout the planning process. We made a few changes to the original plan, and she was always quick to send an updated contract that reflected the new plans.
She called a couple of days before the wedding to work out final details and let me know everything was good to go. The flowers were delivered on time the morning of the wedding and were exactly what I was hoping they would be! They were gorgeous and beautifully tied together all of the fall colors in our wedding. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful all of the arrangements and bouquets were. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Taraneh Dadmarz at English Rose Garden did an absolutely phenomenal job with the flowers for our September wedding. The main color for our wedding was purple and she pulled together beautiful orchid arrangements to follow the purple theme and also create a vibrant, asian feeling with our arrangements. Taraneh is very responsive - even picking up her cell phone in the evenings and meeting me at her shop early sunday mornings (I was an out of town bride and she was so accomidating!)

You can see how English Rose Garden really added to the look and feel of the wedding. I especially loved the Orchid walls they put together for the ceremony stage.

Teraneh was absolutely fabulous. We went with a very understated look consisting mostly of foliage, and I knew right away that she was perfect for us because she got so excited, just to be putting a whole bunch of leaves together! She listened very carefully to what I liked and what I didn't like, and she did not try to push me to do something more elaborate (and therefore more expensive). She was open and honest with me about what she thought would look good (e.g., terracotta pots vs. galvanized steel), but she didn't force her opinion on me and let me choose for myself. She was extremely professional, but passionate at the same time. In the end, the flowers were one of my favorite parts about the whole wedding--not just because they looked great, but also because the whole process of working with Teraneh was such a treat. Pick her!

The flowers that Taraneh put together were WONDERFUL! We could not possibly have been happier with how they turned out. She has a great eye for sophisticated, elegant arrangements and she immediately understood my husband’s and my vision of the event. And the bouquets were exactly what I’d dreamed of for years!
Taraneh was also very helpful in coordinating the delivery of the flowers. With only a week left before the wedding, she got the hotel’s information and told us not to worry about planning; she took over and worked everything out so that we wouldn’t have to stress with it! This was a great relief that we could trust her as our vendor. She was even able to come by Monday (a holiday) and retrieve her equipment on last minute notice for no extra charge!
I wholeheartedly recommend English Rose Garden. The flowers were one of my absolutely favorite parts of the wedding!

English Rose Garden was fantastic - from the very beginning to the very end, Taraneh was a pleasure to work with.
Every step of the way, Taraneh was professional and friendly. She made the process very easy. The price was fantastic and the results were beautiful. I would recommend without any hesitation. Even when at the last minute, I needed to add another centerpiece and a flower girl basket - it was no problem at all.
Her calm demeanor and positive attitude make a world of difference. Our flowers were beautiful and unique - several people commented on the stunning displays and bouquets and we didn't have to spend a fortune!!

The English Rose Garden saved my daughter's wedding. She thought she had contracted with another florist, but unfortunately the contract was never executed so 48 hours before her wedding we were without flowers! Taraneh was recommended and The English Rose Garden was able to provide all the flowers we needed and they were absolutely stunning! Taraneh was so calm and immediately understood what we were looking for, it was a professional miracle.

Taraneh was incredibly helpful and understood my vision immediately. She created beautiful bouquets, boutineers, corsages and an amazing cake topper! I loved my bouquet soooo much that I tried to keep it alive as long as possible because it was too beautiful to throw away. She exceeded expectations and I would use her again in a heartbeat!
