Janet did my wedding almost a month ago. Everything was fine until the rehearsal, wedding and reception. That is when it all went downhill. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Janet through both email and phone with no response. The below letter was sent to Janet on September 20th with no response:"Friday, September 16- The Rehearsal• The rehearsal seemed unorganized and border-line chaotic. I was looking to you for guidance in terms of how to run the rehearsal, instead, I was barraged with a multitude of questions that I didn’t know how, and did not want, to answer. When the bridal party raised their own concerns, they were met with disdain, disregard, and what many interpreted, as disrespect. They were looking out for my best interest and wanted to make sure the day went well, which is what my friends and family should have done. It was not meant to be combative, but they were just reciprocating what they were receiving.• We (my sister and I) were told on more than one occasion to bring ALL items needed for the ceremony and reception to the rehearsal. In fact, in our last face to face meeting with you at Starbucks in August we all sat down and compiled the list of all items that were to be brought at the rehearsal. My sister spent HOURS sorting, bundling, packaging, labeling and transporting these items. My sister and I did the bulk work of loading up the cars with all of these items the day of the rehearsal; just to be told that you weren’t going to take them because “You drive a convertible”. I did not, and still do not understand what type of car you drive was a factor. We were under the assumption that since this is your business that you would have arranged to have the appropriate vehicle to transport these items. I should not have been put into a situation of having to worry about how everything was going to be transported literally hours before the wedding.• Our phone call later that evening where you stated you were “bending over backwards for me and that you did not transport items” was ludicrous. I would have never hired you, or any coordinator, if I would have thought that you would not transport and coordinate the items needed for the wedding and reception. We were assured earlier in this process that you would take care of these things, which is why you were ultimately hired. Also, no one is technically bending over backwards when they have been paid to do a job. My family and friends who had to scramble at the last minute to arrange something that should have been a non-issue were bending over backwards.Saturday, September 17- Pre-Wedding Ceremony• It seemed to me that my friend and a wedding guest, did most of the coordinating before the wedding. If it had not have been for her, I am really unsure as to how it would have turned out. I could be wrong in this assumption, but from what I saw, the only person running around making sure everything was going smoothly was her as well as my bridesmaids.The Wedding Ceremony• It was brought to my attention that after I walked down the aisle is when you left the church. I thought that since Stacy was at the reception site that you were going to stay throughout the entire wedding. Had you have stayed, you would have been there to see that our ceremony was cut short because our Officiant skipped a good portion of the latter half of the ceremony including the second solo.• After the ceremony there was no direction for anyone. The guests were literally in the streets, hanging around, taking pictures. I was asking where you were at, and I was told that you were gone…I had to tell them to go to the reception site for cocktail hour. It was my friend again who made sure the marriage license was taken care as well as every other post-wedding detail that needed to be handled.• It was also brought to my attention that the flower vases with water were left in the balcony after the ceremony. One of my bridesmaids and a wedding guest had to remove these items from the church.The Wedding Reception & After• When my husband and I pulled up to the reception, we were appalled to see that ALL of our guests were standing outside unable to get in because the doors were locked…This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I was told later that many people rang the doorbells and were not allowed in. My sister also tried calling you in the parking lot and got no answer. I am really confused as to how this even happened. It wasn’t a secret that there was a function at the Temple that evening and you and Stacy were both already there so why were the doors not open? Why were my guests made to wait outside for who knows how long before the doors were finally unlocked? I was also told by one of the guests that the reason why the doors weren’t open was because the set-up wasn’t completed yet. How was that possible when all items needed for set-up was picked up from the hotel around 12:30 that afternoon?• On Sunday, I was also told by a couple of guests who erroneously sat at family tables, that they were spoken to rudely. I am hoping this was not the case because if so, that is also unacceptable. The tables were not clearly marked as “Reserved” so people would not have known where to sit. Even if they did sit at the wrong table, that is no reason to be confrontational and rude.Again, thank you for time and I look forward to discussing this as soon as possible."If you are thinking of using this vendor...please re-consider.

I planned a wedding in 4 months and could have never done it without Janet and Exclusive Designs 4 You! Janet was critical in securing the site and getting good prices, helping me set the agenda and find fabulous vendors and responding quickly to any small "emergencies". She has great taste and was a true partner in picking out and setting up decor. My wedding ran so smoothly that I could really enjoy the day. Janet made me kick back and relax and took care of everything! I will never know if there were any problems day of because of Janet. She was also very responsive and made me feel like a priority!

I loved working with Exclusive Designs, it made the stress of my wedding go away. Janet paid attention to everything that I was looking for and was willing to go above and beyond to make that happen.

Janet was given to me as a gift for help with my "Day of" wedding planning. My only regret was that I didn't hire Janet from day one. I cannot believe I put myself through the extra stress of planning, calling around, and trying to find the best deal for everything. This all took away from the simple joy of just being a ~bride.~Janet helped me tremendously to feel at ease on my big day. At that point I was so worried about every part of the day coming together perfectly and seamlessly. Thank goodness Janet was there to make it all happen and not worry me with anything I didn't need to be involved in. Janet is someone I can truely trust to get the job done. I think trust is a large part of deciding who to work with on such an important day. I knew in my heart that Janet would stop at nothing to get me what I needed. Her expertise and tenacity truely came through for me. I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day and I have Janet to thank for this! Thank you so much, Janet, and I will strongly recommend you to any bride!

Janet is simply THE BEST! You can google and serch all you want but if you have already found Janet and exclusive designs 4 you then you can stop your search now.She will make 110% sure that your wedding goes smoothly and you can focus on getting married and not paying a bill.....which she will negotiate down for you. Long story short, I would trust Janet to watch my 2 year old son.

When I got married, my mother and I did all of the advance planning, then tasked out the day-of chores to several (highly competent) aunts. It was great, BUT, I wish I had known Janet back then and had hired her for day-of-duty! Neither my aunts nor my mother would have had to lift a finger.How do I know I would have hired Janet? because I have worked for her, at weddings, fundraisers and parties. The level of care and detail she puts into the advance planning is amazing! and that makes working for her on the day of the event REALLY FUN!My favorite was the New Years' Eve wedding - excellent party!!!
