I would like to first preference this feedback by saying we had an elegant, luxurous wedding. We had a large wedding party so we decided to rent a Stretch Hummer. To my surprise everything looked great, but in essence it was not. The company dispatched a hummer limousine to the most important day of my life, that had been in an accident. It had a huge dent on the passenger front door. I was so upset when I found out about it. Our wedding party realized it butt chose not to disclose this to the groom and I for fear it would ruining our day. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this limo company. Once we brought it to management attention they only took $100 off our bill. We couldn't take pictures with our wedding party and the vehicle because if the dent. . Brides beware, you don't know what you are going to get with this company. Take your business somewhere else. We took a picture of the door to upload so you can see. I hope this site lets me upload it. STAY AWAY!!!

I went on a limo hunt and I found Fairfax Limo who offered cars for the lowest price out there. I needed two limo's--one for the morning and a large stretch for the 14+ wedding party. I chose Fairfax because of the price...bottom line. It was really really tough to get in touch with them. I seriously had to hunt them down but when I finally got in touch with someone they were quite nice. Making changes to my schedule was a problem due to their lack of responsiveness and the day of the wedding I would have been late if the driver didn't call me early...luckily he was on his way and he rushed right over. As far as cleanliness, the first limo in the morning was dirty but the Hummer later on was not. The driver was flexible. Because of the lack of communication he didn't know what other stops I had but when I told him it was no problem. He was really really nice! Overall, the limo wasn't all that important to me and I got what I paid for so I'm cool about it. I would recommend these people if you are looking for a cheap but sorta updated limo without advertisements on the windows. Good luck getting in touch with them.

It was a challenge GETTING a reservation, but once I figured out their website, they were wonderful! A week before the wedding we were asked to move the limo ahead by 30 minutes and they were quickly accommodating, and absolutely on time!! The guy who was driving was amazing, very polite, very accomodating...

Our limo driver was amazing!! Not only was he on time (he was actually early!) but he helped me get in and out of the limo. He was very attentive to our needs (he always made sure my dress was put in the limo just so and helped) and very willing to take us any place we wanted to go. I will definitely be hiring them again when we need a limo service. Definitely a great choice we made!!

Our driver arrived a few minutes earlier and we of course were not ready, but he patiently waited for us and (it was raining) he got his umbrella and escorted us safely to the limo. We arrived at out destination as scheduled and he offered to assist as needed. The ride home, after the reception, was a fun one. Our group was a little rowdy, and we made a couple stops on the way; however he didn't mind and was very accommodating to our special requests.

We hired a huge stretch limo that was able to fit all of our bridal party, us and the photographer. The limo driver was very nice and he was on time for all the pickups/drop offs. We reserved the limo for 3 hours to drop us off at the church and then we took it around DC to take some Capital Shots and then we were dropped off at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The limo itself was really nice and clean too.

We rented a H2 Hummer for our wedding. The vehicle was clean and the driver was nice. We didn't have any complain. I will use them again if I have another event.

Fairfax Limo was very difficult to deal with BEFORE the wedding. However, they showed up on time, drove exactly where we asked them to go, and were very professional. The only issue was that for some reason the limo driver did not have GPS and we had to shout directions to him to get back from the wedding to the hotel when we should have been just cuddling in the back. Fairfax was much cheaper than other companies, but if you go with them, make sure you provide extremely detailed directions - they don't carry maps!

Booking with the company was easy but the driver we were given was very unfriendly. He gave the bridal party an attitude when they wished to continue driving around the specified area (because we had booked the wedding for an additional hour and a half after the reception). Worst, he refused to let the bridal party decorate the limo in any way--no silly string, no streamers, no anything... I would absolutely not recommend them.

They were the lowest prices we could find, but the drivers were very nice. He was there 10 minutes early. They had even run the route to the church the day before so they wouldnÂ’t get lost. That impressed me. We got married during "prom season." It was a 4 hour minimum, but we also needed to be done by 5:30p so they could use the limo for the evening. We ended up dropping off the wedding party during the break in between the ceremony and recpetion (after photos), and taking a town car for a short ride (and some alone time).

I had a few quotes and we went to view the limos a few weeks before our wedding. The first company we went to visit in Alexandria, their Hummer smelled of smoke (although the company claimed it was a no-smoking car), and still had dirty glasses in it from the last party. It seemed they did nothing to prepare for our visit which made me wonder what they would do to prepare for our wedding day? The second company was Fairfax Limo. I work near Dulles and dropped by their office in Sterling after work. Both limos that we used were brand new, in fact they said we were the first wedding to use these limos. The drivers were a few minutes early which took my stress level down 90 percent since I was in charge of transportation. Bride and Bridesmaids used a 2008 stretch Lincoln. My groomsmen and I took the 2008 stretch Hummer (of course), as a gift from my best man. I went to visit three companies altogether, with Fairfax Limo being the only one who had new, *clean* limos. The Hummer and Lincoln we got from Fairfax still had new car smell. The kicker was that Fairfax also gave me the best price. Carrie was very helpful with our reservation. Highly recommend.

The two good things to say about Fairfax limo was that the driver was on time and the limo was clean. However, even though we sent in locations that we would be stopping at between the ceremony and reception, he didn't know where he was going. We had to give him directions. We thought that was really strange. It made for a little added stress and we had 3 sites to visit in between events and a short turnaround. But the driver was very nice and professional.

The limo picked us up from the church after the ceremony to take us to the reception site which was about 20 miles away. We knew how to get there and we saw him pass the exit. We called up to the driver that he needed to turn down that street and he kept going the wrong way. HE wouldn't listen to us to turn around or stop. We ended up about 8 miles out of the way and about 30 minutes late to our reception, which we only had the location for a limited time anyway. We finally got there and went about the reception. When it was time to leave, we started to get in to the limo but realized that there was steam all over the place and freon all over the road. The radiator had blown b/c our driver sat out in the limo with it running for 3 hours in the middle of the day in July. We told him that we would get other transportation and that we would not need his services anymore. We also told him that we would call his company later. He didn't have the proper information or directions on how to get to the reception, or how long it would be, even though we gave all of that to the company. My mother called the company the next week and they refunded everything but the $100 deposit.
