IMPACT Weddings

We hired Eddie and IMPACT Marketing & Events last year for our Nov 2011 wedding. From the day we booked him to the day of our wedding, Eddie was an amazing help. He recommended excellent vendors and venues to us and even helped us negotiate cost and book them. Eddie was always responsive over email, gave great advice and took a lot of stress off my plate. The day of our wedding, not only did Eddie set up all our decorations and coordinate all our vendors, he also MCed the entire wedding. The day went perfectly and we definitely have Eddie to thank for that. I couldn't image how the day would have gone if we hadn't booked IMPACT Marketing & Events as our wedding coordinators.

Eddie Fam and Impact Weddings were instrumental in helping my now husband Michael and I in resolving a number of vendor issues and services for our formal engagement ceremony and reception which took place in Washington DC, and our formal wedding in NY. Because of his contacts and connections in the industry, he helped us locate and sign services with vendors in DC that were within our budget, helped us address a couple of day-of organizational issues, and most importantly, provided us help and advice in dealing with a florist that canceled our contract 3 weeks before our wedding. His calmness and advice were instrumental in how we dealt with the problem (which I, like any other bride, thought was the end of the world!), dealt with the florist, and found a new florist. Thank you so much Eddie for your friendship and services!! Highly, highly recommended before any other!

My wife and I had a destination wedding in Mexico that Eddie and his team worked with us on. They did a great job. It was a stress free experience and I had the most relaxed bride in the world. You cant ask for anything more than that! Great job Impact! We couldn't have done it without you!!

We had a destination wedding in Mexico and we cannot begin to express what a big help Eddie and his team at Impact were! We could not have done it without them! They helped us along with every detail from choosing the location, the menu, the flowers, making travel arrangements, negotiating and paying all involved vendors on our behalf and coached us through every step. Eddie was very responsive (he works way too hard!) and was especially helpful in coordinating with the local resort. This was a challenge as we had a destination wedding and the resort had a very 'relaxed' approach. Eddie made sure that we got the answers we needed right away and that we were satisfied every step of the way. Eddie and his wife Miranda travelled with us to Mexico for the wedding to ensure the venue was up to our standards and took care of all the little details. They were there any time we needed them and made it one of the least stressful days of my life! My husband and I were relaxing in the hot tub 2 hours before the wedding! How many couples can say they did that on their wedding day!!! I could go on for hours but in short it was a blessing to work with Eddie and his team and they have become close friends throughout this experience. Highly Recommended!!

IMPACT Events was very helpful for the day of coordination of our wedding. They were responsive and took care of an "an emergency" when we had some guests arrive that we were not expecting. They worked with the caterer to resolve this issue without any guests knowing about it. IMPACT was also great at managing our vendors. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding.

Eddie Fam and IMPACT Events were a tremendous help for my husband and me on our wedding day. My husband and I had planned and organized most of the vendors on our own, but then realized we do not want to be "in charge" on our wedding day, or put any of our guests in that position. So we decided to hire a day-of coordinator. That was one of the best decisions we made! Eddie not only helped us out on the day of, as soon as we hired him (about 2 months before the wedding), he responded quickly to emails regarding suggestions for additional vendors we still needed. He also met with us and all the vendors one month prior to the event to ensure everyone knew the other parties and could answer questions we or they had. Eddie also had great suggestions in the month leading up to the wedding - such as writing out a detailed timeline of the day, sending a "logistics" email to our guests a couple weeks before the event, etc. Personally, it was also good to for me to have this "homework" and someone who was expecting it to be "turned in". On the day of our wedding, Eddie was at the ceremony site right on time and made sure everything looked great. When the ceremony was over, he zipped over to the reception hall to be sure the tables and decorations were ready for us. Any questions or issues that came up (which fortunately were very few), he was there to look into it so we could enjoy our day. I would definitely recommend Eddie Fam and IMPACT Events to anyone else who is looking for a coordinator for the day of their wedding. Eddie will go above and beyond to make sure your day goes off without a hitch!

My wife and I were married on May 15th, 2010 on a beautiful day (I take credit for the weather btw). Eddie Fam was instrumental in coordinating the day as well as making sure the entire day went smooth. He double checked with vendors days and weeks in advance to make sure they were all set and clear on our unique requests. He met with us and waited patiently for us and our families to make decisions, offering his own when needed (and they were needed!). The day of, Eddie was great in making sure my wife and I never bumped into each other before the ceremony, coordinated with both families, got us food and water before the reception (critical!), and basically was our wedding-day-insurance-policy. It was great working with him and I think others could benefit from his services.

He handled every detail of my wedding including contracts, timelines, vendors, and every major and minor logistic imaginable. Eddie's full package wedding coordination was invaluable to our special day. We told him our vision, he listened, and delivered. Eddie found the perfect venue that suited our taste and character all at an affordable price. My husband and I both work full time jobs and have zero time for event planning. We completely put our trust in Eddie, and he did not disappoint. My husband and I still ask ourselves, "can you imagine what the day would have been like, WITHOUT Eddie?"
