My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from the Mervis in Tysons and Gail was great to work with. He said that she made the process of choosing a diamond very easy for him, which he appreciated as his is not a big fan of shopping! Gail helped me during several appointments to make sure that the sizing of the rings was perfect and even sent them back up to the designer (Jeff Cooper) to make sure that I was completely satisfied with how they fit. Everyone that we spoke or met with at Mervis was very professional and helpful to both of us. Ronnie Mervis himself even checked in on me to make sure that we were happy with everything! We will definitely be back to Mervis for future jewlelry purchases and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for engagement and wedding rings.

I can't say enough nice things about the help we've gotten at Mervis; my husband purchased my engagement ring from Ashley, who helped him pick out exactly the type of ring I wanted, and my wedding band from Gail, who was also very helpful. The rings look beautiful!

my fiance and i had an excellent experience with mervis in tysons corner. they had a very large selection to fit your price range and to match what you were looking for. they are so professional and knowledgeable. we loved the 1-on-1 nature of our consultations. it's so hard walking into mervis without walking out with a diamond!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Tina at Mervis, and had great things to say about her. The poor thing hadn't the first clue about picking out a diamond and she walked him through the process. He and I never even spoke about my tastes, and I love my ring! I also got my wedding band at one of their trunk shows. I must say that my diamonds, when compared to those of my coworkers and friends, are of SUPERIOR quality. Mervis does not sell ugly diamonds! If you're looking for value for your dollar, go to Mervis. You will not be disappointed.

I was having a hard time picking out my wedding band because no one had the matching band to my ring. Mervis was the 5th and last place we decided to try before i picked something that i liked but didn't love. As soon as we sat down the women knew exactly what brand my ring was before i even took it off (which i know is her job but no one that we visited before knew) she went and got the matching band and i was sold. She even gave us a great discount. I was very impressed with them and would use them again for any other jewelry that i need.

I purchased my husband's wedding band from the Chevy Chase location. Our sales consultant was wonderful. She was very personable and helped my husband to narrow down what he was looking for. I don't remember her name because the ring was purchased a while ago, but she was a petite blond with a beautiful 4ct. engagement ring. I would definitely do business with them in the future.

We had a great experience with Mervis - while I wasn't with my husband when he purchased my engagement ring, he said it was by far the best customer service he received when ring shopping. When we went back to pick out wedding bands we worked with Tina, the same person that helped him with the ring. She was very knowledeable and friendly. SHe called us to let us know that there was a trunk show by the designer of my engagemet ring so that we could hav a great selection of wedding bands. I am able to drop my ring off at any time for a quick polish or overnight for a cleaning! Great customer service!!

Absolutely beautiful diamonds and great service! My husband worked with Becky when picking out my engagement ring and she spent over 3 hours analyzing and looking at diamonds after the store had closed! She also helped us with our wedding bands and was very helpful! I would 100% recommend purchasing wedding rings/bands at Mervis!

Jeanne Miles at Mervis was an absolute joy to work with--very responsive to all of our questions and emails, knowledgeable, professional, and just a really nice person. We also really liked the personalized attention one gets at Mervis--instead of standing at the jewelry case and looking at the rings there, (at least at the Friendship Heights location) Mervis brings you back to a personal room and brings different selections to you, based on what you're interested in. We really appreciated having the time and space to look and decide. We got my engagement ring there, as well as both of our wedding bands, and should we ever be in the market for diamonds again, Mervis will definitely be the first place we return to.

We are both pleased with our wedding rings. When Chris proposed I was surprised and happy to know we were getting ready to plan our wedding and lives together. It was nice to hear he went to the trunk show at mervis and bought my engagement band. He did a wonderful job at picking out the ring on his own and it fits perfect. We both then had the chance to go back and pick our wedding bands that we exchanged during our ceremony on July 31st, 2010. Mervis was great at buffing and cleaning my engagement band before the wedding so it looked shiny and new to go with the wedding band. I can't tell you how much I love the ring as the diamonds and quality are great and the service is always remarkable and professional. Thanks for making our wedding day special by allowing us to take the time to view our options within our price range that we will wear for a lifetime. I am sure I will look to upgrade some over the years and maybe add another band in years to come. Thanks again and I would recommend your store to others as I couldn't be happier.

The best presentation of how to purchase a diamond available on the web says the "groom" and the consultant we worked with via international waters was simply exceptional at her job. Each selection, fitting was first hand quality and the final picture of rings true beauty as an expression of commitment of what wedding rings/bands symbolize. I/we will be visiting them soon for future purchase here in the US and abroad. We are well pleased in our selections and overall experience with Mervis Diamonds.

Both my husband and I bought our rings at Mervis. My family has actually used Mervis for several occasions and keep coming back due to their great customer service. I bought my ring at a great discount during a trunk show and my husband bought his ring for a much better price than other stores were selling it for. I also appreciate how invested Mervis is in finding you the right ring whereas other jewelry stores we looked at seemed to be filled with snake oil salesmen. I will go back to Mervis for all my future jewelry!

There is probably not much more that I can say that others have not already said. We shopped at the Tysons Corner store in Fairfax. They staff were friendly, educated us, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We were happily surprised to find rings that were more than we expected we could afford, at affordable prices. Even on a budget that doesn't match that of some couples in NOVA, we were treated and helped like everyone that came in: with respect and careful consideration. Thanks Mervis!
