Overall I was pretty happy with the service I received from Olivera. Their team was always very quick to respond to my requests for information and quotes and they were pretty flexible with what I was looking for in regards to my services. My only real qualms were the price for my ceremony musicians (2 musicians for 2 hours was over 600 bucks!) and the DJ's interaction with me and my fiance on the day of the wedding. Overall the guests enjoyed the music and entertainment and things went pretty smoothly so I would definitely recommend them in the future-

Olivera Music and DJ Brian Trace provided first class service for my daughter's wedding. Olivera took the time to match us with DJ Brian Trace, who was a terrific fit for couple. The couple had a few unique requests and DJ Brian was able to accomodate them completely. He was impectably dressed and arrived extra early to ensure everything was in place prior to the event. There were no mistakes made and in fact, he was the one who signaled for each member of the wedding party to begin their walk down the aisle. I would definately recommend Olivera Music and DJ Brian Trace!!!!!

We worked with Olivera Music to select a band for our wedding reception. They were prepared with lots of videos and options for us to look through. As we gave Kevin feedback, he made other selections for us, based on what we liked and what we didn't like. We ended up selecting Night Song. We could not have been happier! They were amazingly talented, energetic, and worked with the crowd to keep the momentum of the evening. Every guest I talked to RAVED about their performance! My husband and I were so happy and so were both sets of our parents. We cannot recommend Olivera Music highly enough! And we LOVED Night Song! They were amazing!

The ceremony and cocktail hour music provided by Anthem String Trio was exceptional. We heard so many wonderful comments and even had inquiries from guests as to how to purchase a CD of their music. The music they provided included a broad range of genres and song titles. Anthem String Trio truly made our daughter's wedding day joyous and memorable. We greatly appreciate Olivera Music Entertainment for their services.

Connie provided beautiful classical piano pieces during our wedding cocktail hour. Olivera Music was wonderful to work with. They were responsive, professional, kind, and the music Connie played was exceptional. We would surely work with them again in any setting. We highly recommend Olivera Music Entertainment.

We received forms / suggestions to help guide us in music selection for the ceremony as well as the reception. In the end, it was a combination of our input and the harpist and DJ's recommendations and we were in trusted hands and ended up with a fantastic selection

How are there not more reviews on Olivera Music?? We booked Rendezvous for our reception and Just the Two of Us for our ceremony/cocktail hour music. Before I even being to talk about them, I have to talk about how easy and helpful Olivera was to get in touch with. I dealt with Kevin Olivera, the owner, who was amazing to work with. Emails answered VERY quickly, really good/honest advice and guidance as to what band(s) you might want, how big you need the band, what type of music you want. That brings me to Rendezvous, the band that played for our reception. He also plays bass for the band! My absolute favorite part about my entire wedding was the band (Rendezvous). They really guided the "mood" for the entire evening and went far beyond my expectations. Everyone came up to me during and after saying how amazing the band was and asking who they were. I knew they were going to be good, but I never realized how good they were going to be! They definitely took in the atmosphere and the crowd and headed in the direction that was perfect for the guests, that is what takes any band to that next level (from good to great). When I look back at the pictures and the memories that were made that night, there is music playing in the background with those memories and pictures . . . I will never forget the music. It means so much to me that they did such an amazing job.

We hired DJ Ray of Olivera Entertainment to DJ our wedding reception, and right from the start, he was great. We spoke to him a few times before hiring him and he answered all of our questions and gave us a very good feeling.Before the wedding, we met and discussed the details. Ray's experience and input helped us make some decisions we were having trouble with. His insight was really helpful. Because there was so much going on, we didn't get around to making a couple of decisions until the morning of the wedding. We sent Ray an email telling him the decisions, and we told him that if he had time, we would appreciate if he could find two specific songs to play during the reception. (We did not expect him to find/play the songs, though, given the short notice.)Ray not only found the exact versions we wanted, but he played them at just the right time.During and after the wedding, several people told us how great the DJ was. Our wedding coordinator was raving about how great he was, and how he really helped her. My father mentioned that Ray confirmed that he and I had the same last name. He was surprised that Ray considered everything. All of our guests said that the music selection was great. We had a broad age range for our guests, and Ray catered to all of them through his music selection.Overall, Ray's professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. He didn't let anything fall through the cracks, and he helped to make our day special. We highly, highly recommend Ray and we would hire him again instantly.

If you are looking for a talented, professional live music group for your wedding or any special occasion, the musicians of Olivera Music will not disappoint you. They were happy to travel a great distance to make our wedding special and were extremely accommodating in every aspect. Their talent is endless and they provided a very "classy" reception for this special event. The bride and groom are both musicians as well as many of their guests so the expectations were high. No one was disappointed and you will not be either.

DJ Ray, who came highly recommended by two of my friends, kept our party moving and so many people on the dancefloor. We had such a fun event and everyone has been raving about the dancing. Although I was not prepared for his "mixing" between the end and beginning of songs, one could easily discuss this with him. Thank you Ray!Olivera also provided string support (Chelle) for our ceremony. Her playing was beautiful and she was so flexible to work with - chatting by phone a few days before the event.

Ray Casiano was the DJ at our wedding reception. We really enjoyed working with him. He MC-ed the events throughout the reception very well and made sure all events (eg first dance, cake cutting, toasts) happened on time. As the night went on, he read the crowd and played music to keep everyone up and dancing. Our guests raved about him and the music. We even paid to have him stay an extra 30 minutes since everyone was having so much fun. He even helped put together and distribute the hundreds of glow necklaces we had for our guests :-)

Brian Trace was a fantastic DJ for our wedding! We were thrilled with him from our first meeting. He went above and beyond what we expected from a DJ. Brian worked with us on selections we definitely wanted played and selections on our "Do Not Play" list. Olivera Music Entertainment provided us lists of suggested songs for various portions of the reception. This proved very helpful for us, as we were a bit overwhelmed with the many many choices out there. His professionalism the day of the wedding was excellent. Unbeknownst to me, he even worked with my sister, the maid of honor, a week before the wedding, on a song she wanted to sing for us. We HIGHLY recommend Brian Trace for your wedding or special event!

Keven Olivera was wonderful to work with regarding the music needs of our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He took the time to find out what ideas we had and then shared his own, based on his experience and knowledge. Our venue included a piano bar which we wanted to use during the cocktail hour. Kevin located a wonderful DJ who was also an accomplished musician and piano player. Although it certainly saved us some money, it was particularly helpful in that we only had to work with a single DJ in ensuring seamless continuity between the ceremony, the cocktail hour and dancing later on. Great service!

Ray Casiano was amazing! I was probably the most stressed about good music being played and he took our suggestions, guidelines, constant email updates, etc. and created an amazing flow to the night. He was also a perfect MC, getting the evening running smoothly and quick to help out with pop up anouncements we needed made. He even came out on the dance floor to help with the cha cha slide since we were having some trouble. So many people commented to me on the music and we had to go an hour overtime since the dancing was still not over. Highlight of the night, surprising us in giving the microphone to me and my groom to sing along to Journey's "don't stop believing". A+ service all around.

DJ Ray Casiano did an excellent job at our wedding! It would not have been the same without him. He easily read the crowd and kept the dancing going for much of the night. He also did a wonderful job interacting with all of the other vendors and performers at our wedding and keeping the events flowing easily from one to another. An excellent choice for any event!

I got the trio for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and they were great! They helped me surprise my mom by playing the song she walked down the aisle to for my processional. She had no idea, and Olivera helped me coordinate the surprise! We had the programs say Canon in D and then the song switched for my entrance. They provide a CD of music to help you decide which group is right for your event, which was definitely helpful. The trio's leader called me the week of the wedding to check in on details. I never had to worry about them - they were perfect.

The company is great! They were to find me a DJ 2 days before the wedding. The DJ himself did everything I asked but wasn't a big hit w/ the guest. Not sure where to go with this one. Would use them again but maybe not the same DJ. I would use him before many others though.

What can I say? We so blessed to work with some of the most wonderful vendors in the business and they all did their part to ensure our day was the most special day. Our DJ, Ray Casiano, was wonderful. He asked questions when needed and kept the music right where we wanted it. He did a wonderful job for the ceremony and their music library is a force to be reckoned with!!! He knew when to lighten the mood and when it was time to fill up the dance floor. Ray was so much fun and I would definitely say we got our money's worth.

Kevin Olivera was easy to work with and very effecient. He matched our needs for ceremony music and a DJ perfectly. Our ceremony music was Just the Two of Us (sax and guitar) and our DJ was Mike Michaels. The Two of Us willingly learned specific songs for our ceremony and performed elegantly. They transitioned very well considering they were originally set up to play outside, then inside due to rain, then back outside when the rain stopped. The DJ, Mike Michaels, offered many suggestions for our timeline, was a flawless master of ceremonies and kept the guests dancing. We received many compliments on both the ceremony music and the reception music and would highly recommend Olivera Music.
