Terrible company. Very unprofessional. Do not trust them with your wedding day. We used Platinum for our wedding transportation this October. We rented 3 limosuines and a 55 passenger motorcoach...i.e. we spent over 1600 dollars. The following is a list of all of the things that went wrong that evening. 1. The limo driver for the bridal party didn't have sound directions. Regardless of the GPS system in the vehicle, we ended up lost. I had to sit turned around directing the driver the entire ride to the ceremony. 2. The motorcoach that picked up my guests at their hotel, turned around when it was time to leave and said, "Does anyone know where we're going?" One of my guests had to head inside the hotel for directions. 3. At the end of the evening, my husband and I had scheduled for the motorcoach to make two runs back to the hotel - one for early birds and one for the last call. The vehicle only made one run. Therefore, I had elderly guests that sat on the bus for almost an hour waiting. Because of this, there was not enough room on the vehicle at the end of the night. So, some of my guests had to find their own rides when they had arranged to take the bus. To make things more complicated, the bus driver refused to drive up the hill to the entrance. He said to my wedding coordinator, "I can't see in the dark." My wedding coordinator had to trek down the hill multiple times to convince him that certain passengers, elderly and those in high heels, would not be able to board the bus unless it drove up to the entrance. 4. The limo scheduled for my husband and I at the end of the night was 30 minutes late. We ended up hanging out at our venue for 30 minutes past the departure of our guests. And, this driver did not have directions to our next location either. He explained that he was late because he was dealing with another wedding party that was out of control an hour away. I do not respect the fact the multiple weddings with the same drivers were scheduled for the same night, when they weren't in close proximity. When we called to discuss these events after the fact, we were ultimately told that our stories did not match those of the drivers and we were not compensated more than $175. To me, none of this is worth the hassle...especially on a big day.

Initially, Platinum provided wonderful customer service! They were very receptive over the phone and extremely helpful and willing to answer any and every question I had! We arranged two transportation services through Platinum... one stretch excusrion limo and a shuttle service to be provided for our guests between the reception site and the hotel. The stretch excursion driver and experience was phenomenal! Kenny was our driver and he was GREAT! He showed up on time, went everywhere he was asked to and more, and delivered all expected services. The shuttle, on the other hand, was a nightmare! We paid for 6 hours of service and ended up receiving 3 trips throughout that whole time frame... when the bus was supposed to be running back and forth continually to shuttle guests as needed! The shuttle went to the hotel to pick up the first round of guests to take down to the reception site, but he never came back!!! My guests ended up having to pay $50 in taxis to get to the reception!!! Upon hearing of the mix-up... someone from the wedding party called Platinum and had questioned what was going on? Apparently, Platinum had then contacted the shuttle bus driver to ask him what was going on... Right before the wedding party and my husband and I were about to be announced into the reception hall, the shuttle bus driver storms in and pulls me aside, only to begin yelling at me that people were calling the main line and complaining!!! My wedding party was amazed at the lack of professionalism on his end, by pulling me aside and yelling at me right before I was to be announced!!! We are having extreme difficulty arranging compensation/reimbursement with Platinum, as we paid for 6 hours of service, but only received 3 trips... Very disappointed with how the shuttle turned out. However, I was very pleased with the limo experience!

The car arrived at my reception in a timely fashion, waited at my house while I changed for my honeymoon, and drove what was to believed to be the quickest route to our hotel near BWI airport. The driver was very professional and cordial and engaged in small talk with us along the way. Great service.

I think the limo service was professional over the phone, they got to the hotel on time but did a poor quality at not knowing how to get from the hotel to the church the best route. They took route 1 with all the lights from Alexandria to Mount Vernon area instead of the GW Parkway with the guys and came back for the girls but got us late to the church as I had to lead them the right direction after picking us up. The tv kept falling off the wall and the radio didn't work as well as the air conditioning not being very good. The chaffer was great and very friendly but they need to update or upkeep their limos a bit more and look up directions and plan out the trip better before picking up the bridal party.

My driver was good, not great. He got lost on the way to the reception, which was 2 miles from the Church. He also seemed confused, as he was running around putting down red carpets and opening doors. It seemed like more hassle than it was worth. The limo was nice, but not cold enough in July in DC. HOT HOT HOT! But really, who cares about the ride. It was the company I was in that made it great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!The receptionist, Ruth, gave me a quote, then called the day of (2 1/2 hours before pick up time) to tell me that my card was declined. I had a card that I was using just for my daughter's birthday, so I only had enough on the card to cover what I was quoted. When I called the credit card company to see what the issue was, I was told that Platinum tried to charge my card twice. When I called Platinum back, I was told that the rate was $569, not the $284 I was quoted! This was for a birthday ride to an amusement park! When I told her to cancel, I was told that I would be charged $284 as a cancellation fee. Again, this was NEVER discussed upon booking. I had my husband call and he was told that the cancellation fee would be waived. It wasn't. When the charge appeared on my card, I disputed the item with my credit card company. It was removed. Two months later, Platinum Limousine charged my card again! I have been fighting the charge since then.I ended up calling ABC Limo who saved the day with a few hours notice. DO NOT USE PLATINUM LIMOUSINE! My theory is that if they can swindle enough people out of cancellation fees, they make a pretty good amount of money.

Our limo driver was awesome. He was at the Hotel to pick me and my bridal party on time and even after our ceremony was able to grant us a special wish. I will recommend this company 100%. The limo was clean and most of all the driver was such a gentlemen he even help me with my dress as I was entering the church. You don't find this kind of people every day!

This vendor was the worst possible limo we could have booked. They were awful!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They were suppossed to come in a upscale sedana nd brought an airport shuttle instead! It was so crappy! They didn't even tell us! They showed up at our wedding in an airport astrovan shuttle! It was disgusting! We wanted to get our money back and they wouldn't answer our calls! When we finally got in touch with them, they hung up on me! Wow! How incredibly unprofessional! They finally said they would come to the airport to pick us up from our honeymoon in a limo to make it up to us. They came alright, an hour and a half late and in a sedan! Not a limo! Never use this company! They are a disgrace!

Platinum Limousine Service were awsome. I called and spoke with Mr. Logan about our wedding and explain to him that we had an big wedding party so we would need the service of 2 limos. He told me that it would not be a problem. After speaking with him on the phone I felt very comfortable that he would provide the services that we requested for our big day. The drivers were very professional. The Limos were very cleaned and well stocked bar. Platinum Limousine is a bargain for the services they provide.

The limo was nice, but the service was terrible. He was not on time to any of the pick ups, resulting in a complete mess of our ceremony and the pictures. The customer service was below bad.
