Reston Limousine

Daniel Oh at Reston Limousine is the BEST person to work with for wedding transportation.He is 100% professional: efficient, organized, flexible and could not be any more pleasant. He was also extremely patient when we asked for numerous changes.We had many out of town guests who needed transportation from the hotel in 1 town to the wedding in a 2nd town to the reception in a 3rd town.In between the wedding & the reception, our guests took a tour of Washington on board "our" Reston Limousine Coach. Although the driver was not a professional tour guide, our guests were bowled over by how knowledgeable he was. He was especially helpful when 1 guest requested a change in the route so she could see her husband's name at the WW II Memorial. This is the 2nd time we've turned to Reston Limousine for a large event - both times their service was superior in every way.Our guests arrived at each destination of the day on time and very happy, due to the VERY clean coaches and polite, friendly drivers.Thank you, Daniel!

These guys handled the transportation for our wedding and did an amazing job. They provided a limo for the bride's family, a towncar for our departure, and several shuttle trips from the venue to the hotel and vise versa. Very flexible on options with a lot of vehicles to choose from and the driver's were great and very professional. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them for any transportation needs.

Reston Limo was on time to both our pick ups and got us to the church in time. They also were able to pick us up at the church after the ceremony on time. Before the wedding they found the best deal for us knowing that we would only be taking one of the limos from the church to a hotel and recommended that we use a town car instead to save us a few bucks. They were looking out for our best interest and we are glad we listened to them.

We hired Reston Limo for transportation for our bridal party and guests to get between hotels in Old Town Alexandria and our wedding location. Unfortunately we ended up being very disappointed in their service. Knowing that transportation is often something that goes awry at weddings, I worked very closely with our point of contact over many months to ensure all the details-- times, types of vehicles, directions, etc-- were nailed down and we triple checked everything up until a few days prior to the wedding. The day of the wedding none of the drivers of the limos or shuttles had the directions I had personally written and given to our POC. The drivers all asked for directions from the passengers (many of whom were out-of-towners, hence arranging transportation for them!). The drivers also seemed to have no sense of what their route was- i.e. that they were to take multiple trips between the hotels and venue. The vehicles all ran late, in part because they had no directions, which delayed the ceremony and caused things to be a bit more hectic for us than they needed to be. In the end, everyone got too & from the wedding, but the delays and headaches were entirely unnecessary. They also then tried to charge us overtime and we had to have multiple conversations with their management to sort that out. I had scoured reviews on Wedding Wire and other sites to find a company with a reliable reputation and am very disappointed that Reston Limousine did not live up to their good reviews.

We contracted Reston Limousine for a 24 passenger limo-bus and a Lincoln Town Car. Reston was very easy to work with leading up to our wedding. They showed up early and were ready to go. Both the limo bus and car, were very clean and nice on the inside. We settled the contract 2 weeks before our wedding and the process was very smooth.

We ordered a white hummer limo for our wedding. We ordered this limo a year in advance because we know with June there are a lot of weddings and proms going on and we had a huge wedding party. We also ordered a car service (lincoln towncar) to pick us up from the reception and take us to our hotel after the party was over. Our only complaint was that the limo was not nice in the inside. The lights on the inside where coming out, the speakers were blown and it look like it needed to be gutted on the inside and re-done. For the amount we paid, we should have gotten more. We were very disappointed with how the limo looked on the inside. With ordereing in advance we expected a certain quality of satisifaction and we did not get it. I will never order a limo from them again. Go with dulles limo. We got a car service to take us to and from the airport and the cars were nice. I mean NICE. They even provided drinks for us. We almost called them and asked for some of our money back because we got the hummer limo to impress and instead it was a disappointment.

I heard a lot of great reviews about them, but I had a horrible experience with one driver. We had two drivers, one of which was punctual and prepared, whereas the other was late and extremely rude to our guests. Maybe we just had a bad driver, but her behavior was ridiculous.

Reston Limousine arrived promptly at the end of our ceremony to take us to our hotel. The driver was polite and the sedan was very clean. He had his GPS and could have navigated on his own, but we helped him out since we were in the middle of a rural area. The only downside was that the booking required a 3 hour minimum when we only used them for about 15 minutes. Reston Limo had a promotion going on when we booked that included a free ride to the airport for our honeymoon, so that helped make up for the added cost on the wedding day.

Reston Limo was very professional from the start. The driver came early and allowed our photographer to take photos from inside as we prepared to leave.We had a good driver and he was friendly and prompt. I would've loved to have some water, gum, even a few snacks or tissues in the car on our drive, but everything else was great. He got us to our destination on time and let us have a few moments of quiet as we enjoyed our first few hours as man and wife alone.Thank you Reston Limo!

We used Reston Limo for transporting our guest and me (the bride) on the day of our wedding to/from hotel, cermony and reception. They were great to work with before and the day of, I could not have been happier with their service. I later found out from a guest at our wedding that when she arrived at the ceremony location she had a hard time parking her car. The Reston Limo driver saw this got out of the van and offered to park her car for her so she wouldn't miss the wedding. --- What great service!

For our wedding, I had a reservation for the Van Terra to pick up my Groom and Groomsmen at 2:15 at our hotel in Fairfax and take them to the church in Reston (a 15 min drive). It was then supposed to come back to the hotel and pick me (the bride) and the bridesmaids up at the hotel and take us to the church by 3:30. I got a call from the person at the main office AT 2:15 to tell me that the drive was at a dead stop in traffic on the beltway and at least 30 to 45 minutes away. While he was going back and forth between calling me, the driver, and my coordinator he said, "Oh, is this the bride?" When I said yes, he chuckled and said flat out "Sorry I'm ruining your wedding day." We had little communication as to what was going on and the groom and groomsmen had to find alternate transportation to the church. I hadn't heard anything from the office, but someone had mentioned to me that there was a van downstairs, so I assumed that it was our van, but when I got down there, it still wasn't ours. By the time I got a hold of someone in the office, he again had to put me on hold to call the driver to then tell me that the driver was 3 miles away. When the driver finally arrived, it was 3:30. My wedding was supposed to start at 3:30. The driver didn't seem to have any idea how late he was until we told him as we were getting in to the van. Because we were late and the ceremony started late, and the church had 5pm mass after our wedding, we weren't able to take any pictures in the church afterward. As the bridal party all got in the van afterward the driver told us that we could have an extra hour with him since he was over an hour late, which was ridiculous because we had to go to our reception. Prior to this nightmare, I had had a wonderful experience with Reston Limo. I worked with Shannon and she was very attentive making my reservations and all of the changes that we needed to make as our needs changed as we got closer to our wedding day. Our wedding coordinator requested a refund, which was processed, but we never received any follow-up or apology which was very disappointing.

Reston Limo was great. We booked a shuttle bus for our guests to shuttle between our ceremony, reception and hotel. Our driver showed up on time and was extremely nice and professional. So many other limo places we looked at seemed very shady or unprofessional, but Reston limo was great to work with and there were no surprises. I highly recommend them!

During my initial research, I felt that Reston was a bit on the expensive end, but after researching other transportation providers, I realized it worth Reston's level of responsiveness and quality of service to go ahead and hire them. I worked with a particular representative at the company who was extremely professional and very flexible through many vehicle changes that we made the week before the wedding. I never had doubts that a vehicle wouldn't show or would be late. I would highly recommend them for brides who want one less thing to stress about on their big day!

Reston Limo was great! They provided two buses and a town car to get guests and bridal party from the reception location (hotel) to the church and back. They also threw in a town car to get my husband and I from our condo in DC to BWI for our honeymoon and picked us up when we returned as well. A very nice added touch! From what guests told me, they enjoyed the bus ride through DC especially that the drivers took a more scenic route pas the monuments as we'd requested (since many of our guests were from out of town). Our wedding planner coordinated everything on the day of, but as far as I know, everything went very smoothly. Reston Limo was great to work with along the way as well and all drivers were very friendly.

Reston Limo was flawless. Their prices felt on the expensive end, but not unreasonable at all. We ordered a limo to drive the groomsmen to the church and then to come pick up the bridesmaids and drive us to the church. The limo then drove the bridal party minus my husband and I to the hotel. For the two of us we ordered a sedan with a driver to drive us separately from the church to picture locations, and then to the reception. We also ordered two buses to drive guests from the hotel to the reception sight and back. Everyone we encountered throughout the day was professional, on time, friendly, and delightful to work with. The limo was beautiful, the private car was comfortable and quiet (what we wanted) and the buses were clean and spacious. Now for the BEST part. Because we booked so many things, they are providing us with complementary round trip transportation to the airport and back for our honeymoon. Our flight leaves at 6AM, and comes in at 11:35 PM, so we weren't looking forward to asking friends or family to drive us, and luckily we didn't have to. They are set to pick us up at 4AM tomorrow morning in a LIMO and then pick us up on the other end at 11:35. They also took our flight information so that if the flight is delayed they'll still be waiting for us. So fantastic!Throughout this process we worked with Dan from Reston Limo, and he was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.All around I HIGHLY recommend this vendor to any Northern Virginia bride.

Easy to work with, driver was dependable and very understanding when it took us longer to get between the wedding and our after-party location. Would recommend highly!

We used Reston Limo as a shuttle between the hotel and venue for the guests and bridal party. We had used Reston Limo before for a birthday party and we were pleased with the level of professionalism so we knew we could count on them for our wedding day. The vehicle was very nice and well maintained. The driver was on time, knew where he was going, and was friendly. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them again.

They were pretty good. Unfortunately there was a miscomunication between my husband and them. We only booked them for 3 hours, but they had it for 4 hours. So we only used them for 3, but got charge for 4 hours. They are good and punctual in a rainy day.

Great value. Limo was clean and nice. Driver was professional and courteous, and was able to get us to our reception on time despite a major traffic jam.
