The work is really good, the only thing we haven't figured out was the lights to the mundap, make sure all lights are switche don.

DO NOT employ Shagun Wedding for your wedding mandap! Manju Mehta was a nightmare on my wedding day. She and her company were contracted to arrive before 2pm to set up the mandap, and instead showed up at 4:30pm, thirty minutes after the wedding ceremony was supposed to start! They were not able to put up any of what we paid them to do. Plus, dealing with this person made me lose hours of photography and video, and her lateness cost me two hours of my wedding reception. In sum, this company caused me untold stress on my wedding day (my stressed face and running make-up are apparent in our wedding pictures). Save yourself lots of heartache and regret on your wedding day, and avoid this awful company.

Manju and her staff went above and beyond my expectations on what my stage would look like I had seen so Many beautiful stages so it was difficult to make up my mind so manju met with my Husband and I several times to make sure we were happy and confident with what it would Look like. To be honest I was a little nervous what the outcome would be but the day of our wedding I walked into the reception hall and my jaw dropped! It was absolutley stunning and elegant everything I wanted and more she even added a few extra touches of her own to make it extra special for us. Shagun Weddings created a unique, lavish, and breath-taking palace-like mandap for my son's wedding, which earned praise and appreciation from family and friends. The set-up for the Mehndiraat was equally stunning. I dealt primarily with Manju Mehta, who ensured that our choice of color-themes and decor accessories for the wedding ceremony, as well as the entire cocktail-area and banquet-hall were well co-ordinated, notwithstanding the hugeness of the venue. There were peacocks and elephants galore, banana-plants and life-size statues, large glistening urlis and decorated matkas, a fountain and a unique place-card stand, and ethnic touches to the centerpieces. I found Manju to be courteous and patient at all times --- and quite unflappable at times when my nerves were on edge! She went the extra mile to provide all the color and glitter and spectacle that this mother's heart desired! I have no hesitation in recommending her to all future brides -- and their mothers!

The wedding decoration was very beautiful. However, it was slightly different from what we had ordered. Overall, everything turned out to be perfect.

For our wedding, we used Manju's services for fabric decoration and mandap chairs/statue rentals. She was very friendly and worked with us to determine the best look for our Hindu ceremony. Along with showing us some of her designs via photos, she came to our venue in advance to help with design and color schemes, which was very helpful. At her warehouse, she has a great selection of rentals including mandaps, chairs, havand kund, statues, lanterns, and more! There was a lot our family wanted to do ourselves in terms of wedding planning, mandap infrastructure, other wedding decor, etc. For all the remaining items we needed assistance with, Manju was there to meet our needs and we are very thankful for her time and support!

Manju did an amazing job. She did make my special day very special. She was very easy to deal with and reachable. I highly recommend her.

Shagun Weddings, specifically Manju Mehta, did a beautiful job with all the decorations. I planned my wedding from long distance, and everything turned exactly how I imagined :-). The color coordination was perfect, especially because my reception dress was a difficult color with which to coordinate. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the decor was for the wedding and reception. My husband and I and our families were very pleased with the results.

Manju Mehta at Shagun Weddings gave my wife and I a beautiful and wonderful wedding. She provided big beautiful flowers for both our Chapel ceremony and our Hindu ceremony. She also did a fantastic job on our Mandap (stage) for our Hindu ceremony, it was breathtakingly beautiful. She also did our centerpieces and table cloths for our 18 table reception, as well as wonderfully decorated arch in which she filled a paper bell with tons of rose petals that showered us when we entered as a married couple. Manju was always extremely nice and let us change our mind on colors and flowers right up to the last few weeks before the wedding. She never complained and was always trying to give us guidance when we needed it. We would definitely recomend Manju Mehta at Shagun weddings for any one needing flowers for any event, but especially if you are doing an Indian wedding.

Great to work with Manju. She has a great sense of what she does, and she does it with a lot of professionalism and elegance. Meets the client's demand and goes that extra step exceeding client's expectations. I was a very happy bride when I walked into my reception ballroom. I would encourage you all to give her a shot! You will not be disappointed!

My experience with Shagun Wedddings was incredible. Manju Mehta not only provided great service and support, but she was able to work her magic with my mandap and my reception stage beyond my imagination. I remember marveling at the Mandap stage while I was walking down the aisle - that's when you know someone has done a fantastic job! I highly recommend her services.

I hired Shagun weddings to provide a stage for my wedding in July. Although the owner of Shagun weddings seemed very nice, we had severe problems with them on the wedding day. We wanted a light blue swagging on our stage to match our color theme and instead got dark blue swagging. We didn't want a red rug, but got a red one on the stage. Worst of all, after the ceremony our wedding party went into the reception room for dinner and we intended to take photos on the stage that was located in the ceremony room later on in the evening. However, we found that our stage was taken down by the vendor right after the ceremony! This was a severe disappointment for us on our wedding day, as we could not use the stage as a backdrop and had no other option but to take photos in the hallway of the hotel. We told the vendor that we intended to use the stage the whole evening when we booked the stage, but they blamed it on miscommunication with the wedding coordinator on the wedding day. The owner did give us a $500 rebate for taking away our stage early, but in my opinion that couldn't alleviate the fact that we didn't have a stage we paid for at the end of the night. Also, they were late in setting up on the wedding day due to closures on the highway in the DC area, so we couldn't take photos with my bridal party on the stage before the ceremony. I would not recommend this vendor for your wedding day.

It is well known that Wedding is a life time event. Customer is always looking forward for a Vendor who can make Wedding as life time memory. When our family met Shagun Wedding planner Ms. Manju Mehta, we were very impressed with her professionalism & responsiveness to our needs keeping in mind our budget. She provided us great deal of information & value our time. Shagun Wedding coordinator Ms. Manju is very customer focus, flexible and a great decorator. With no reservations, we stronglr recommend to all who are planning any event which need a decorator to meet her. We thank Shagun Wedding coordinator Ms. Manju for all her help, support & cooperation to make my son's wedding a life time memory.
