A Touch of Class Limousines

This limo service was great! The company worked with us a great deal and worked out everything we needed well in advance! We were given our limo driver's name and contact info. early so we could get in touch with him ahead of time to make sure things were all set... they were! We had a great time in the limo and the driving was great, even in the terrible snowy weather we had (January wedding). This would be a good, safe choice!Enjoy the ride!*Joe & Grace Daniele

The limousine was clean and very professional. The only problem that occured was exiting the ceremony location. The wedding party had to get out of the limo and then get on so it can exit. Other then that everything went great!! Thank you for everything. :)

Touch of Class was great to work with. They made it so easy. I could just email my needs and everything was done over email and a quick phone call. The staff were very responsive and always got back to me right away. They were flexible and let me modify my reservation times as needed. Their packages are great; the best thing is that I reserve a sedan instead of a limo for a short amount of time that fit my needs. It was less expensive than having to rent a limo for several hours for a short trip. The driver we had after the wedding was very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this vendor.

As the bride, I never got to ride in the party buses, but I did get lots of "chatter." The one negative about the buses was that the driver was speeding excessively down a busy highway- many passengers on Sunday morning told me how concerned they were. The company also had our wedding marked for the 18th (instead of the 19th) for quite awhile. However, I never noticed it on my contract, so I suppose that's partly my fault, too. They also moved offices while we were planning and never contacted us- for a split second we thought that maybe they went out of business. All in all, they got all our guests to and from our wedding, and, thankfully safely.

Prompt, on-time, flexible and friendly. My guests were so pleased that they had a ride to and from the hotel to the reception.

A Touch of Class was extremely quick to respond to my e-mailed request and immediately set us up with transportation for myself and my bridesmaids for the big day, even though I had only called a week in advance. I think their pricing was a tad high for only a half hour of service, but Francis, the driver, was very kind and friendly.

Very nice limousine and the driver was very good. We had a rough drive for him, going through the Gettysburg Battlefield for pictures, but he did a great job. Shadow was the limo we chose, it's a 12-passenger, but there were only 10 of us in there, and I'm not sure any more adults would have fit. Overall, very nice quality.

Limo from the church to the reception site arrived on time, but was very hot - the AC never really kicked in - and it was quite the tight squeeze. There was NO WAY the limo we had could hold as many as they said it could.The sedan from the reception to our hotel also arrived on time, but the driver made us feel rather rushed to leave. Both limo and sedan were clean and the drivers were safe and responsible on the road. A little pricey for what it was.

I have to say I was not happy with their service. My driver had no idea where they were going. I almost ended up arrested because they got lost and managed to drive to a private government property. The driver had some attitude issues. When I called the company to complain they only thing they could say was sorry and thats the drivers personality. Apparently, it wasn't the first time. You would think if you have to explain to people about your drivers personality you should think about getting another driver.
