Rick and his staff were very professional and worked within our budget constraints. The contracts were well written and easy to follow. I personally appreciated the style and dress of the staff. They dressed to fit the occasion and blended in very well. Their services were top notch. The finished product that we requested were of the highest quality and received in record time. Excellent service!

Rick and Videos by Design was my favorite vendor through my whole wedding process!! He was so easy to work with and such a great guy!! We did the video love story with him and it was a HUGE hit at our wedding reception. People are still asking us for a copy of it!! LOL Rick does amazing work at an affordable price and I am currently trying to figure out what we can have him videotape next!! LOL

What an experience! From the first conversation, I discussed my budget and Rick made it happen. My husband did not want a videographer and thought that it would be "a waste of money." How wrong he was!!! He watches the video more than I do! I don't remember much from that special day. Besides the fact that this was my "day", I only remember seeing Rick one time! Rick captured everything! He is a best kept secret and his videos playback like a movie -- he made Our Wedding into a beautiful movie! Need I say more.....

Videos by Design met every expectation and even surpassed some. My international wedding was a bit of a challenge and the day was pretty long but they just worked with me on every detail. As a bride the last thing you want to worry about the day of your wedding is your vendors. They were just great!!! My final video was great and although the editing process can be a bit time consuming I will always cherish this memory created by Videos by Design. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

We chose Videos by Design after researching a number of videographers. Rick took the time to get to know us and understand what our day meant to us and through those consultations he was able to shoot the day with these ideas in mind. Rick's team was totally unobtrusive and we were shocked to see just how many special moments they had captured. We were able to supply Rick with our personal music selections and he added them to our footage perfectly. We could not be more pleased with the finished video. Excellent Work! Rick & Robin were the greatest!!! The wedding wouldn't have been the same w/o them there. In addition to having them both do videography at the actual wedding/reception, we also did a music video with them. The music video was so much fun, this was done weeks before the wedding to show guests at the reception. Rick and Robin offered suggestions as to how to make the video great. If you want to entertain your guests while you're taking pictures or etc., I would strongly suggest doing a Music Video with Rick & Robin. My guests absolutely loved this and thought it was just the best thing ever!!! They were there to shoot us before the wedding (getting dressed) and every step of the way during our special day. Your wedding day is special but it's so busy and so much going on so you miss out on some things but Rick and Robin captured everything so it was truly a joy to watch the finished product when he sent us the DVD. We got married in the heart of wedding season (June) but we still received the video in a timely manner. I was actually impressed with the fast turn around since I know many people get married in the summer months. It was lovely. I can't strees enough how much I appreciated their services, responsiveness, and eagerness to make us happy. It was an excellent experience and Rick & Robin are the ONLY videographers I'll ever use for anything!!!!

Videos By Design, in our opinion, is one of the best videographers in the business. Our wedding video was absolutely amazing and it was one of the greatest investments we made during the whole wedding process. They were able to capture so many moments that we missed and every time we watch it, we get tears. The services provided by Rick were exceptional!! We loved his attention to detail and music selections. The final product was more than we could ever imagine. Our daughter loves to watch it more than we do!! I especially love the ending where Jaime and I are dancing and everyone else is gone. We are in our own world!! Although we are satisfied with the final product, and he did a good job of combining our music choices with the footage, it took him a while to get the finished video to us (perhaps this is a regular occurence for wedding videographers?).

We were absolutely pleased and amazed at the quality of work that was put into capturing our wedding day. Rick was very attentive to details and you hardly even realized he was there until you actually saw the video. The final video product was superb! We've seen dozens of wedding videos in the past, but our video was like watching a movie that captured the true essence and beauty of the entire event. The editing and production was a great work of art! The video is definitely something you will cherish and look at again and again.
