This band was so unbelievable! Not only was everyone extremely talented, but the level of professionalism was extrodinary. The talent was oozing from each instrument as well as from the vocals of the singers. We very much appreciate your entertainment as there was not a minute of the night where people were not enjoying themselves. Thank you. Thank you for making my wedding night the most magical. And, thank you for learning our songs! That was awesome. I could go on and on, but for now... you all are awesome. I would recommend this band to any and everyone.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BAND EVER!!!! Excellent crew and they not only sang great, but they were amazing entertainers! If you are looking for your reception to be a party and a memorable night, I would highly highly recommend!!!!! They were amazing!! I will always recommend this band!!!

DJ Marc Wilner provided music for our wedding. He was fantastic! Hiring Marc was the best decision we made. He got everyone dancing by reading the crowd and playing the right music at the right time. He handled the timeline of the reception perfectly. We did not have to worry about anything. Marc is a true professional. We had a great time at our wedding and so did our guests thanks to Marc's skill and talent.

Brian Violett did an excellent job at our wedding from coordinating the sound system with the officiant to selecting the music. Brian was highly professional and responsive to our requests. We would recommend him as a DJ to other couples.

Marc Wilner was a great DJ for my wedding reception! He offered a huge selection of music, and was able to play all guests requests at the reception as well. We had a great time dancing the night away thanks to Marc!

We had Spectrum play at our wedding reception, and they were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely helpful in planning our timeline, emcee'ing the event, and getting the crowd going on the dancefloor. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a lively band who plays a variety of music to get the party started and keep it going; I'm so glad we chose them for our special event!

Spectrum was fantastic. Not only did they mold their repertoire to our needs, but they went over and beyond the call of duty throughout the night. They never took any breaks and played the whole noght through. The singers were spectacular, and the band kept the dance floor full all night. All of our guests said that Spectrum was the best wedding band that they have ever heard before. They were great at reading the crowd. Spectrum contributed to the best day of our lives.

We used Spectrum through Washington Talent Agency for our wedding and we were absolutely BLOWN away. They were phenomenal. There aren't words to describe how happy my husband and I are with Spectrum. We booked them after seeing them perform at a showcase in their offices in Rockville. We loved them immediately and never looked at another wedding band. They were incredibly responsive and even sat down with us a month before the wedding to talk thru our ideas, favorite and least favorite songs, and the timeline for the evening.
Our wedding had a lot of moving pieces but one thing we NEVER worried about was the band. They did a phenomal Horah and our dance floor was PACKED the entire evening. My 60 year old mother said after the wedding that she had never "wanted to dance that badly" at a wedding before and that she "couldn't stop dancing!". Spectrum made our wedding and we couldnt be more grateful to Ben, George and the whole band. People were coming up to us all night raving about the music!

We had the pleasure to work with DJ Marc Wilner on our wedding day. He is a wonderful person to work with. He was very quick getting back to us on phone and email, very easy going and very helpful. He was able to shift the music to very new and fast beats that kept our young crowd happy as well as playing some classics that got the older crowd to dance and all that was done after discussing with us. Everybody was having a great time and Marc motivated our crowd to show their dance talents. He is very punctual and for sure knows what he is doing. He also helped us getting ceremony music by working with two musicians who did a wonderful job making the ceremony more special. Again, Marc is very flexible, proffessional, quick and really cared about what made us happy. We are so lucky to have worked with him. You will never go wrong with Marc :)

Every comment we have gotten since our wedding has included something about how amazing the band was.
Black Tie is the perfect wedding band. They played a great mix of modern and classic dance songs that kept all of our guests up on the dance floor all night long. They were very interactive and kept everyone entertained. A nice new touch, that we didn't know about, the female singer played guitar and sang during dinner. Strickland is very easy to work with and is amazing as a band leader. He responded to all of our questions and helped us with planning the night's events.
Washington Talent was a pleasure to work with. We really enjoyed attending the band showcases at their studio and it helped us find the perfect band. If you have an upbeat crowd that wants to dance, we highly recommend Washington Talent and Black Tie.

I recently used Wash Talent for my daughter's wedding. We went with the band Encore and were thrilled with them. They did the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Dance floor was never empty but for the few who did not dance they went to the tables to make them feel a part of the fun. Their sound is great, their professionallism and ability to read a crowed is over and above. People could not stop raving about them and most important: The Bride and Groom were over the top with them. Shana at Washington Talent is the person to use....she is great.

Our band, Spectrum, was outstanding at our daughter's wedding. In fact, we used them three years ago for our other daughter's wedding. The music choices were perfect for our guests, and the dance floor was filled to capacity from beginning to end. When the party ended, the guests were so disappointed, they yelled for an encore, which the band agreed to play. Ben Kaufman, the band organizer, was a great communicator, always returned emails promptly and had many great suggestions that made the night one we will never forget.

We had hired Marc for a BD bash several months ago and hired him again for our recent wedding. In both cases he was the epitome of a professional DJ. From the day one contacts him to discuss the upcoming festivity to the end of the event, Marc is always available to discuss plans, offer advice, and deliver on what he promises. He was especially good at finding specific songs and artists as well as suggesting music we might want to consider. DJ Marc Wilner is the best. I have seen him do over a dozen weddings and he recently did mine. He can work within any guidelines and make it an amazing party. Our wedding was a huge success because of Marc. The music was perfect all night and he had the dance floor PACKED. People did not stop to eat their wedding cake until the wedding was over because they did not want to miss one minute of dancing. Marc is very professional and great to work with. Washington Talent did a great job of guiding us to the band, Spectrum, who gave a fantastic performance at my wedding reception. Spectrum's energy and vocals kept my guests on the dance floor. George, of Spectrum, was a great MC for the event and Ben, on keyboards, had excellent song selection to keep the evening moving. My guests asked for an encore at the end of the night! We had the band Encore at our wedding last week and they were absolutely fantastic!!! We booked them after they played at my cousin's wedding a year ago and when I saw all of my aunts and uncles and parents, plus all of the "younger" crowd on the dance floor at the same time, I knew that I wanted them to play my wedding as well. Encore did SUCH a great job of getting everyone excited and out on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG, and they even learned our first dance song for us. Even though we had discussed having no impromptu performances beforehand, my husband's grandma surprised us by wanting to sing a song and the band was totally ok with that as well. It was simply an awesome night! I think it helped that we had an awesome group of guests who wanted to dance and party too, but Encore totally got the crowd going and I can't stop raving about them!!! I recommend them to anyone!
